1989 – 1998, Secondary School No. 2 in Gokdepe district.
2001 – 2005, S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, graduated as an agronomist.
Professional Experience:
1998 – 2001, Farmer on leased vineyard land in Yanggala village.
2005 – 2006, Military service.
2006 – 2008, Specialist of the Baherden district quarantine service of Ahal province and first-category specialist of the Ahal provincial quarantine service of the State Quarantine Service for Plants of Turkmenistan
2008 – 2009, Senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Horticulture and Vegetable Growing of S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University.
2009 – 2011, instructor of the Department of Sericulture and Plant Protection and chairman of the university's first youth organization named after Magtymguly.
2011 – 2016, Chairman of the trade union organization of S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University.
2016 – 2018, Specialist of the education department of S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University.
2017, Defended the academic degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
2018 – 2023, Chairperson of the Committee on environmental protection, natural resources management and the agro-industrial complex of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
