Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which the work carried out in the country for three months of the current year, was summed up.

Chairwoman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova, who informed on results of the activity for the January-March period of 2026, was the first to take the floor at the meeting.

In this connection, she informed that at present, working groups prepare the bills aimed at realisation of the rights and legal interests of citizens, maintenance of industrial safety of dangerous industrial objects, perfection of accounting and financial reporting in enterprises, establishments and organisations, development of entrepreneurship activity, preservation of the environment and water biological resources, increase of the work of migration and customs services as well as other legal acts concerning various spheres.

With a view of maintenance of a high level of the elections of members of the Khalk Maslakhaty in newly created etraps of velayats of the country as well as deputies who discontinued their membership of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan ahead of schedule, members of velayat, etrap and city Khalk Maslakhaty and Gengesh held on March 29 of the current year, national members of the parliament together with representatives of political parties, public associations took an active part in actions for explanation of significance of this important political action and electoral legislation and organizational and methodical aid.

In addition, the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chad were received. During the considered period 8 meetings with representatives of parliaments of different countries, diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, in which priorities of bilateral cooperation were discussed, were held. Besides it, deputies and specialists of the Mejlis took part in 26 seminars on improvement of the legislative activity, held by corresponding ministries and sectoral departments of the country together international structures. With a view to explore the advanced experience, deputies made 5 business trips abroad.

In the specified period, the conference devoted to the inter-parliamentary dialogue on advancement of gender equality and strengthening of its legislative framework was also held. The forum was organised by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan together with the UN Population Fund. Online video meetings were held with women-members of the parliament of the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and parliamentary groups of friendship created at the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the State Great Khural of Mongolia were held.

Summing up the information, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that an efficient work is carried out to strengthen the legal basis of the state. In that regard, the head of Turkmenistan emphasised the significance of modernisation of legislation of the country according to requirements of the time.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Kh.Geldimyradov reported on macroeconomic indicators for the first quarter of the current year

As he informed, during the considered period, the rate of increase of GDP made up 6,3 percent, including this indicator in the industrial complex made up 2,4 percent, in construction sector - 6 percent, in transport and communication sector - 10,3 percent, trade - 8,3 percent, agriculture - 2,4 percent, in the sphere of services - 8,3 percent.

In the January-March period of the current year, the volume of production in comparison to the similar period of the past year grew by 10,4 percent. In all sectors of economy, positive industrial indicators were reached.

In the specified period, retail goods turnover as compared with the same period of the past year increased by 10,4 percent, and foreign trade turnover - 3,7 percent.

For the January-March period, the plan of the revenues part of the state budget was fulfilled by 102,3 percent, and expenditures part - 97,2 percent.

In the official institutions financed at the expense of the budget and self-financing, salaries were paid as well as pensions, welfare payments and scholarships of students were allotted in due time.

As compared with the corresponding period of the past year, in the specified period, the volume of capital investments made at the expense of all sources of financing, increased by 5,3 percent.

He also reported on the work fulfilled for the January-March period of 2026 within realisation of the national rural redevelopment program, in particular, on the course of construction of different projects.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused attention on the importance of consecutive improvement of the activity of economic, financial and bank complexes. In this connection, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to take the further measures aimed at maintenance of stable dynamics of growth of GDP as well as to hold the rational and target use of budgetary funds under strict control.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet G.Agajanov reported on results of the work carried out for the January-March period of the current year on increase in oil and gas production, expansion of routes of their export to world market.

As he reported, the plan for oil production by "Türkmennebit" State Concern was fulfilled by 106,9 percent.

In the specified period, fulfilment of the plan for oil refining at oil refining factories made up 108,7 percent, gasoline manufacture - 119 percent, diesel fuel - 111,8 percent, polypropylene - 100 percent, lubricant oils - 100,4 percent, liquefied gas - 126,7 percent, production of natural and accompanying gas - 107,5 percent.

Summing up the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted the necessity to carry out further the corresponding work on oil and gas production and increase in volumes of their export. The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to take the measures aimed at effective use of capacities of the complex on a constant basis, and to continue prospect drilling.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the outcome of the activity for the January-March period of the current year and course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in velayats of the country.

As he informed, the rate of increase of volumes of output of production in the agricultural branch as compared to the similar period of the past year made up 106 percent. By the Ministry of Agriculture this indicator was equal to 103,7 percent, by the Ministry of the Environmental Protection - 106,8 percent, by the State Water Economy Committee - 103,8 percent, by "Türkmenpagta" State Concern - 103 percent, State Association «Türkmengallaönümleri» - 111,9 percent, State Association «Türkmenobahyzmat» - 100,1 percent, State Food Processing Industry Association - 110,6 percent, State Cattle Breeding and Poultry Farming Industry Association - 100,4 percent, State Association «Türkmen atlary» - 100,1 percent. The plan for investments was executed by 168,1 percent.

At the same time, he reported that at present, seasonal agricultural campaigns proceed, due care is provided after wheat fields, in particular, the cotton sowing activities continue. Practical steps are also taken to involve the full potential of machinery and equipment used in the spring sowing campaign and in care of agricultural crops.

Besides it, corresponding measures are implemented to increase in volumes of cultivation of potato, vegetables and gourds and to provide the population with given species of production in sufficient volume. The proper work is carried out to plant spring agricultural crops and ensure due care of them.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that one should hold enhancement and improvement of the quality of manufacture in agriculture in the centre of constant attention. In addition, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to ensure realisation of seasonal agricultural work and effective conduction of the lambing campaigns in cattle-breeding economies actively and according to agro-technical standards.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annamammedov reported on the activity of the subordinate complex for the January-March period of 2026.

As he informed, the plan for production and work for the specified period was executed by the complex by 128, 2 percent.

This indicator by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture made up 105,6 percent, by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production - 128,5 percent and by the Ministry of Energy - 104,7 percent.

The plan for work by the Ministry of Motor Roads was fulfilled by 111,4 percent, by "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern - 152,7 percent and by the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city - 116,4 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet the instruction concerning increase in volumes of output in the building-industrial complex, strengthening and modernizing of the material and technical basis of the power energy sector, modernisation of highways of the country.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet N.Atagulyev reported on the outcome of work for the January-March period of this year in subordinate ministries and sectoral departments and the private sector.

By the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations as compared with the similar period of the past year, the rate of increase of trade turnover was equal to 108,3 percent, production - 101,4 percent.

As compared to the same period of the past year, the rate of increase of production by the Ministry of Textile Industry reached 103,3 percent, including the rate of increase of release of cotton yarn made up 101,5 percent, cotton fabric - 102,9 percent, tanning products - 105,9 percent.

The plan for production by «Türkmenhaly» State Association was executed by 111,4 percent.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange for the accounting period held 72 trading sessions, at which it registered 7 thousand 132 contracts.

The rate of increase of the executed works by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the January-March period of 2026 made up 115,7 percent. 2 exhibitions and 5 conferences were held in the considered period.

By the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the rate of increase of manufacture of agricultural and food production reached 107,6 percent, industrial - 106 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that one should hold maintenance of markets and shops of the country with food produces and other demanded products in the centre of constant attention. In that regard, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to carry out necessary work on increase in assortment and volumes of the products, manufactured by textile enterprises, and consistently to improve the activity of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange and Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet B.Seyidova reported on results of the activity of the subordinate complex for the January-March period of the current year.

As she reported, during the considered period, various events on the occasion of the motto of 2026 «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers», 35th anniversary of independence of our fatherland, holidays and significant dates of the national calendar were held.

In honour of International Women's Day various forums, exhibitions, song and musical events were organised. At theatres, plays «Artistic image of women in theatrical art», at cinemas and film concert centres - Turkmen films and festive concerts were displayed.

Large-scale festive events were devoted to the national holiday of spring - International Day of Novruz. The major event was held in the locality «Nowruz ýaýlasy» in the Ak bugday etrap.

In March, in Dashoguz velayat the festival «Dünýäde ýaňlanýar ajap dessanym, toý tutýar Garaşsyz Türkmenistanym» was held with participation of dastan bagshys.

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of establishment of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, a festive event was held in Arkadag city, song and musical programs of workers of art and culture were organised.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused attention on the importance of due preparation and maintenance of a high level of the events planned for this year, the motto of which is «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers». The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet to continue work on development of international cultural cooperation and exploration of cultural heritage and restoration of historical and cultural monuments.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Turkmenistan B.Mammedov reported on results of the activity of subordinated structures for the January-March period of the current year.

As he informed, in the specified period work on education of perfect persons, modernisations of educational activity was conducted. With a view to discover the talented youth, along with the subject Olympiads, according to time realities on a regular basis competitions in robotics, scientific-creative projects are organised. The V open international Internet Olympiad in disciplines «Resistance of materials» and «Theoretical mechanics», VI Open international mathematical Olympiad were also held. Schoolchildren and student youth won 410 medals in international subject and Internet Olympiads.

During the considered period, complex measures were implemented to increase the scientific potential of the country and practical efficiency of research activity, introduction of innovative solutions in the sector of economy.

In the first quarter of the current year, in treatment and prophylactic establishments work on application of methods based on the advanced experience of prevention and treatment of diseases and innovative technologies in applied medicine continued.

At the expense of funds of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, various operations and treatment of sick children were performed. By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the «National strategy of development of the scientific-medical diplomacy for 2026-2052 in Turkmenistan” was approved and strategic vectors of international cooperation in this sphere were outlined.

In the specified period, measures were realised to develop physical culture and sports, international cooperation in this area. Sportsmen displayed good results in international competitions and won 123 medals.

On the occasion of the motto of the current year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers» scientific-practical conferences, various actions were organised.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused attention on the importance of conduction of productive work in the field of science, education, public health services and sports, wide use of possibilities of digital system in higher educational institutions and high schools, organisation of international competitions and Olympiads among schoolchildren and students.

The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to improve the activity of the sphere of public health services on a constant basis, to carry out corresponding work with a view of popularisation of the healthy way of life among the youth.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov reported on results of the activity of the Ministry for the January-March period of the current year.

As he marked, in the specified period, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs realised concrete steps with a view of implementation of the foreign policy of the President of Turkmenistan, fulfilment of goals and instructions of the head of the state to strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations of our independent, permanent neutral fatherland with countries of the world and the international organisations.

As known, in development of international cooperation, a great significance is attached to visits and summits. It was in this connection informed that in February of this year the visit of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag to the United States of America, and in March – to the People’s Republic of China took place.

At present, the national diplomatic service together with foreign policy departments of different states conducts corresponding work on the organisation of visits to foreign countries of the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag in 2026.

Development of interaction with authoritative international organisations acts as one of the important areas of the foreign policy strategy of our fatherland. In this connection, the visit of the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to our country on March 17-19 and – visit of the Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) on January 21-23 took place.

During the accounting period, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs our state was visited in general by 158 foreign delegations, 265 delegations were sent from Turkmenistan abroad.

For the January-March period of this year, 122 online meetings of various levels were held. 520 official negotiations and meetings in Turkmenistan together with foreign states and international organisations were also organized. The contract-legal basis of the international relations of our country was replenished with 30 documents.

As he reported, corresponding work is carried out to carry out political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country and foreign policy departments of other states. So, during the considered period, political consultations at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Austrian Republic, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the People’s Republic of China took place.

Besides it, in the specified period, negotiations with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Secretary General of International Maritime Organization were carried on.

Along with it, in the January-March period, consultations of foreign policy departments of the Republic of India, Kingdom of Morocco, the Russian Federation, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Zimbabwe, the Azerbaijan Republic and Republic of Uganda were held.

One more important vector of the foreign policy activity of neutral Turkmenistan is development of diplomatic relations through embassies of foreign countries.

Due work was also carried out to strengthening relations with countries of the Near East. In the given context, he informed that during the accounting period, in our country diplomatic representatives of the Republic of Iraq started to work.

For the January-March period of 2026, credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chad to Turkmenistan were received.

Along with it, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Thailand as well as permanent representatives of Turkmenistan to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and International Renewable Energy Agency, who have officially started their duties, handed their credentials.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan realises the foreign policy aimed at maintenance of general well-being and consistently develops equal rights and mutually beneficial cooperation with all countries and international organisations. In this connection, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs to continue work on expansion of relations in political-diplomatic, trade and economic, cultural-humanitarian and scientific-educational spheres with countries of the world and region.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annayev reported on results of the activity of the subordinate structure for the January-March period of 2026.

As he informed, the rate of increase of the executed work and rendered services in the transport-communication complex made up 114,1 percent.

The rate of increase of cargo transportation, which was carried out by means of automobile, railway, air, sea and river transport, reached 102,7 percent, and passenger transportation - 102,9 percent.

For the considered period, the rate of increase of the rendered services by the Ministry of Railway Transport reached 106,9 percent, by the Ministry of Motor Transport - 125 percent, by Public Service «Türkmenhowaýollary» - 117,4 percent, by Public Service of Marine and River Transport - 108,3 percent and by the Ministry of Communications - 114 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that the transport-communication complex is one of the key sectors of economy. In that connection, an emphasis was made on the necessity of adoption of proper measures to increase the volume of passenger and cargo transportation. The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to continue introduction of system of interdepartmental exchange by the electronic data and to use fully the potential of International seaport of Turkmenbashi.

Then, addressing members of the Cabinet, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov with satisfaction stated that following the results of the work executed for three months of the current year, good indicators were reached, the programs aimed at development of the country are successfully realised, transformations in all branches of economy are effectively realised and industrial sectors are consistently modernised.

As the head of the state noted, the rate of increase of GDP in the specified period made up 6,3 percent.

At the same time, in Turkmenistan construction of large industrial projects, new settlements, apartment houses, schools, kindergartens and other objects proceeds, the head of the state said and noticed that one should carry out an effective work aimed at the further development of the country, realisation of the adopted programs.

Further, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that on April 7, Turkmenistan will mark World Health Day widely. The country attaches a great significance to development of sports and wide introduction of principles of active way of life in society.

Taking an opportunity, the head of the state warmly congratulated participants of the meeting and his nation with World Health Day.

Participants of the meeting also sincerely congratulated the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag on World Health Day.

Today, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, at which the work of military and law enforcement bodies for three months of the current year was summed up. Issues of security and tranquillity in our independent state, the strengthening of the material and technical basis of security structures and further improvement of their activity were considered.

Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence B.Gundogdyev who reported on the work carried out from the beginning of the year with a view of successful solution of the goals defined in the Program of development of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, was the first to take the floor at the meeting. In addition, he reported on adopted measures to improve conditions of service and life of defenders of our fatherland, professional skill of officers as well as the course of transfer servicemen who serve by conscription to the reserve and the next conscription of citizens to military service.

Having heard the report, the head of the state emphasised the significance of further modernisation of the Armed Forces and consolidation of their material and technical basis to strengthen the defensibility of the country according to realities of the time.

The President of Turkmenistan also instructed the Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence to ensure a well-organised conduction of call-up of citizens and transfer of military men who serve by conscription to the reserve.

General Public Attorney B.Muhamedov reported on the work realized for the January-March period of the current year, including implementation of supervision over observance of national legislation as well as the course of introduction of digital system in subordinated body and realised measures to increase professionalism of employees.

Having heard the report, the head of the state pointed out that one should hold in issues connected with enhancement of legislation, law and order in the country in the centre of constant attention. Having underlined the importance of realisation and further proper public prosecutor's inspection of execution of laws and observance of the rights of citizens, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan gave the Public Prosecutor a number of concrete instructions to that respect.

Then, Minister of Internal Affairs M.Khydyrov reported on results of the work implemented by subordinate bodies for three months of the current year, practical steps realized to maintain public order in the country and to observe fire prevention rules and prevention of road and transport accidents.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the further necessity to take the measures aimed at maintenance of public order, prevention of offences. Having emphasised the significance of strict control over observance of rules of road safety and fire protection regulations, the head of the state gave the minister a number of concrete instructions to that end.

Chairman of the Supreme Court B.Khojamgulyev reported on results of the work implemented by the department for three months of 2026 and concrete steps taken to organise judicial activity according to requirements of the time and improve the professional skill of employees.

Having heard the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country marked the importance of effective continuation of work on protection of interests of the state and society, maintenance of the rights of citizens. In that connection, the head of Turkmenistan instructed him to hold issues of modernisation of the national judicial system and perfection of professional knowledge of judges in the centre of constant attention and gave the head of the Supreme Court a number of concrete instructions.

Minister of National Security D.Meredov reported on the work realized for the January-March of this year, and course of fulfilment of the Program of development of the supervised structure.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to take further productive measures to ensure security and protection of national interests of the country.

Then, the head of the State Border Service I.Ilamanov reported on results of the work carried out from the beginning of the year for reliable protection of sacred boundaries of our fatherland and the strengthening of the material and technical basis of frontier troops as well as fulfilment of instructions, given earlier by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the frontier of Turkmenistan is the border of friendship and brotherhood and instructed to continue effective work to strengthen protection of boundaries of our fatherland and modernisation of the material and technical basis of frontier troops.

Minister of Adalat M.Taganov reported on results of the work executed by the supervised structure for the January-March period of the current year to improve the legislative basis of the country and course of realisation of the Program of development of the department.

Having heard the report, the head of the state gave the minister a number of concrete instructions connected with continuation of work to bring the national legal system into conformity with the international standards, to render legal aid and explain legislation.

Chairman of the State Customs Service M.Khudaykuliyev reported on the results of the activity for the specified period, including adopted measures to introduce modern methods and high technologies in the work of structural divisions.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that one should keep fulfilment of customs procedures under control at high level, according to the international norms and national legislation and gave a number of concrete instructions, concerning continuation of the work in that respect.

Chairman of the State Migration Service A.Sazakov reported on results of the activity of the supervised department for the January-March period of 2026 as well as the adopted measures for strengthening the material and technical basis of the department and successful implementation of the corresponding Program of development.

Having heard the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country focused attention on the importance of perfection of work of migration service and gave the head of the Service concrete instructions, concerning constant control over observance of the migration legislation.

Addressing participants of the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that according to the Military doctrine, which bears mainly a defensive character, the complex measures aimed at maintenance of security and territorial integrity of our independent at high level, our permanent neutral fatherland, strengthening of its defensibility, improvement of social living conditions of military men and members of their families are taken. As was underlined, proper work in the given sphere will be continued.

At the meeting of the State Security Council, a number of other issues, on which corresponding decisions were made, were considered.

At the end of the meeting, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, great successes in their responsible service for peace and happy life of our people.

She noted that when the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted, the global commitment to these principles was reaffirmed, particularly through Goal 5: achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

She further stated that in 2026, the European Commission adopted a new Gender Equality Strategy for 2026–2030, which fully integrates gender equality across all areas of life, including education, employment, health and public life. She noted that gender equality is not only a women’s issue, but a societal necessity that guarantees development, security, and peace.

Türkmenistanyň Mejlisiniň wekili öz çykyşynda BMG-ä agza döwletleriň, şol sanda Merkezi Aziýa we Ýewropa Bileleşiginiň döwletleriniň Türkmenistanyň Bitaraplyk hukuk ýagdaýyny we onuň ählumumy parahatçylygy üpjün etmekdäki ornuny hem-de oňyn başlangyçlaryny yzygiderli goldaýandygy, häzirki wagtda ýurdumyzyň 2028-nji ýyly «Halkara hukugyň ýyly» diýip yglan etmegi teklip edýändigini belledi. Bu başlangyjy Türkmenistanyň hormatly Prezidenti Serdar Berdimuhamedowyň BMG-niň Baş Assambleýasynyň 80-nji sessiýasynda eden çykyşynda öňe sürendigini, Türkmenistanyň halkara hukugyň ileri tutulmagy hem-de halkara işlerde BMG-niň eýeleýän merkezi ornunyň güýçlendirilmegi ugrunda üýtgewsiz çykyş edýändigini nygtady. 

Parlamentleriň derejesinde geçirilýän forumlaryň, maslahatlaryň, duşuşyklaryň diňe bir kanunçylyk tejribelerini paýlaşmak bilen çäklenmän, eýsem, sebitiň parahatçylykly ýol bilen gülläp ösüşini üpjün etmegiň wezipelerini ara alyp maslahatlaşmakda, döwletleriň we halklaryň arasynda dostlukly gatnaşyklary pugtalandyrmakda hem ähmiýetlidigini belledi. 

Geçen ýylyň aprel aýynda «Merkezi Aziýa-Ýewropa Bileleşigi» formatynda döwlet Baştutanlarynyň ilkinji sammitiniň geçirilmegi we onda Strategik hyzmatdaşlyk barada bilelikdäki Jarnamanyň kabul edilmegi sebit we Ýewropa ýurtlarynyň arasyndaky hyzmatdaşlygyň ýokary derejelere çykmagynda uly ähmiýete eýe boldy.

«Merkezi Aziýa-Ýewropa Bileleşigi» formatyndaky hyzmatdaşlygyň Beýik Ýüpek ýoluny täzeden dikeltmäge giň mümkinçilikleri döredýändigi bellenildi.

Soňra «Merkezi Aziýa-Ýewropa Bileleşigi» birinji Parlamentara forumynyň işi bölümçelerde dowam etdi.

Özbegistan Respublikasynyň Samarkant şäherinde geçirilýän «Merkezi Aziýa-Ýewropa Bileleşigi» birinji Parlamentara forumynyň mejlisleri «Merkezi Aziýa-Ýewropa Bileleşigi syýasy dialogynyň häzirki ýagdaýy we hyzmatdaşlygy ösdürmekde parlamentleriň orny», «Sebitiň ykdysady özara baglanyşygy, durnukly ösüşi we «ýaşyl» özgerişi» we «Kanunyň hökmürowanlygy, sanly özgerişlik we inklýuziw dolandyryş» atly temalarda geçdi. 

Türkmenistanyň Mejlisiniň wekilleri üç ugry öz içine alýan mejlisleriň işine gatnaşyp, häzirki wagtda şeýle formatdaky hyzmatdaşlygyň çäklerinde parahatçylygy we howpsuzlygy hem-de ekologiýa abadançylygyny üpjün etmek, hyzmatdaşlygyň hukuk esaslaryny berkitmek, ulag geçirijilerini döretmek we giňeltmek, maýa goýum taslamalaryny amala aşyrmak, energiýa serişdeleriniň elýeterliligini gazanmak, ylym-bilim, syýahatçylyk ýaly ugurlarda işleri kämilleşdirmek bilen baglylykda, ýurdumyzda üstünlikli durmuşa geçirilýän maksatnamalar we taslamalar barada belläp geçdiler. 

Foruma gatnaşyjylar halklaryň arasyndaky dostluk köprüleriniň, özara ynanyşmagyň berkidilmeginde, durnukly maýa goýum we ynsanperwer hyzmatdaşlygyň ösdürilmeginde institusional hyzmatdaşlyk mehanizmleriniň giňeldilmeginde parlament diplomatiýasynyň ähmiýeti barada nygtadylar. 

In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, under the wise leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and our esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the dignity of women in our country has been elevated to new heights and is revered as sacred. Our glorious history bears witness to the special place women have always held in Turkmen society. We take immense pride in the famous female figures of our past who left an indelible mark on history—those who rode horses to defend the motherland and made worthy contributions to world science.

Today, our women contribute significantly to the development of the country, dedicating their talents and skills to honest labor. A clear testament to this is the presence of young women within the composition of the "Galkynyş" National Equestrian Games Group, which was established through the efforts of our Hero Arkadag.

My own professional and life path, which began with the "Galkynyş" National Equestrian Games Group, continues now at the Aba Annayev International Academy of Horse Breeding, located in the city of Arkadag, which was opened and put into operation with the blessing of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar. We are pleased and proud to see young women studying various disciplines of the horse-breeding profession at this Academy.

For the Turkmen people, the praise of women has always been an epic song upon our lips. A woman is the beauty of the world. Only through women does this existence gain meaning and essence. Because a woman is a mother, a woman is a loving sister, and the pillar of the family who preserves the unity of the hearth with her loyalty.

We express our deepest gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for providing us with the opportunities to work, create, live, and bring the horse-breeding industry to the level of art in our wonderful city of Arkadag.
