11 апреля 2026 года была проведена двенадцатая сессия седьмого созыва Меджлиса Туркменистана. На заседании был рассмотрен ряд законопроектов, разработанных в целях совершенствования национального законодательства в соответствии с приоритетными направлениями гуманитарной государственной политики, успешно реализуемой нашим уважаемым Президентом Сердаром Бердымухамедовым.

На заседании было принято постановление «О  признании полномочий депутатов Меджлиса Туркменистана, избранных по отдельным избирательным округам», в связи прошедшими выборами 29 марта. Также на заседании были рассмотрены некоторые организационные вопросы, связанные с составом комитетов Меджлиса Туркменистана.  

На заседании были обсуждены и единогласно приняты проекты законов Туркменистана «О внесении изменений и дополнений в Кодекс Туркменистана об административных правонарушениях», «О внесении изменений в Закон Туркменистана «О промышленной безопасности опасных производственных объектов, «О внесении  дополнений и изменений в Закон Туркменистана «О бухгалтерском учёте и финансовой отчётности», «О внесении изменений в некоторые законодательные акты Туркменистана», «О внесении изменений и дополнения в Закон Туркменистана «О рыболовстве и сохранении водных биологических ресурсов», «О внесении изменений и дополнения в Закон Туркменистана «О миграции».

 В ходе обсуждения проектов законов, включённых в повестку дня заседания, было подчёркнуто, что особое значение имеют ценные рекомендации, данные по совершенствованию действующих законов, и поставленные задачи глубокоуважаемым Президентом Туркменистана Сердаром Бердымухамедовым.

Принятые законы будут способствовать дальнейшему укреплению правовой основы нашей страны и продвижению социально-экономических преобразований в нашей стране.

В ходе заседания в соответствии с Законом «Об Омбудсмене», Уполномоченный представитель по правам человека в Туркменистане – Омбудсмен выступила перед депутатами о проводимой деятельности Аппарата Омбудсмена в области прав человека в стране.

Также на заседании было уделено особое внимание проведению на высоком уровне мероприятий по случаю 35-летия Независимости Туркменистана в течение года «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – Родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов», вопросам дальнейшего развития отношений, налаженных с международными организациями и парламентами государств мира. Было подчёркнуто, что мероприятия, проводимые в данном направлении, способствуют повышению авторитета гуманной политики нашей страны, направленной на укрепление мира, доверия, доброжелательного сотрудничества, дружественных и братских отношений в регионе и мире,  пропаганде исторических инициатив и донесению до мировой общественности, обмену опытом в законодательной и парламентской деятельности. 

Депутаты Меджлиса заверили нашего уважаемого Президента Аркадаглы Героя Сердара и нашего Героя Аркадага  о  том, что и в дальнейшем приложат все усилия для совершенствования национального законодательства, разъяснения населению содержания принимаемых законов.

Сегодня Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов провёл выездное заседание Кабинета Министров, на котором были рассмотрены задачи социально-экономического развития страны, в том числе Лебапского велаята, а также ряд других вопросов.

Первой слово было предоставлено Председателю Меджлиса Д.Гулмановой, проинформировавшей о результатах проводимой работы по совершенствованию национального законодательства.

Как сообщалось, в настоящее время осуществляется подготовка к очередному, двенадцатому заседанию Меджлиса, на котором будут обсуждены законопроекты, разработанные в соответствии с положения­ми Конституции Туркменистана и общепринятыми нормами международного права.

К рассмотрению и последующему принятию будут представлены проекты нормативных правовых актов: «О внесении изменений и дополнений в Кодекс Туркменистана об административных правонарушениях»; «О внесении изменений в Закон Туркменистана «О промышленной безопасности опасных производственных объектов»; «О внесении дополнений и изменений в Закон Туркменистана «О бухгалтерском учёте и финансовой отчётности»; «О внесении изменений в некоторые законодательные акты Туркменистана»; «О внесении изменений и дополнений в Закон Туркменистана «О рыболовстве и сохранении водных биологических ресурсов»; «О внесении изменений и дополнения в Закон Туркменистана «О миграции».

Для слушателей Академии государственной службы при Президенте Туркменистана были организованы семинары с участием депутатов ­Меджлиса, посвящённые современным методам и принципам законодательной деятельности.

Последовательно наращиваются контакты с парламентами иностранных государств и международными организациями. В целях донесения до мировой общественности принимаемых мер по всестороннему расширению возможностей женщин в Туркменистане и обмена целевым опытом в здании Меджлиса была проведена конференция «Год «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов»: роль женщин в современном обществе». В ней приняли участие женщины-руководители профильных агентств Организации Объединённых Наций, диппредставительств, аккредитованных в нашей стране, труженицы различных отраслей.

Кроме того, представители Меджлиса посетили с рабочим визитом Самарканд (Республика Узбекистан) для участия в первом Межпарламентском форуме «Цент­ральная Азия–Европейский Союз». Цель мероприятия – содействие политико-дипломатическому и культурно-гуманитарному диалогу между центральноазиатскими странами и ЕС посредством парламентской дипломатии, укрепление многосторонних отношений по линии законодательных органов, а также обмен опытом в законотворческой и парламентской деятельности.

Депутаты Меджлиса, в том числе избранные от Лебапского велаята, проявляют непосредственный интерес к уровню жизни населения, участвуют в приёмах граждан по обращениям в велаятских, этрапских и городских хякимликах.

Заслушав прозвучавшую информацию, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов отметил, что разработка новых законопроектов, отвечающих требованиям времени, является одной из актуальных задач. Говоря об этом, глава государства сделал акцент на необходимости продолжения работы в данном направлении.

Далее заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Х.Гелдимырадов доложил о принятых в январе–марте 2026 года мерах по социально-экономическому развитию Лебапского велаята.

Как сообщалось, в сравнении с аналогичным периодом минувшего года прирост промышленного производства по региону составил 0,2 процента; производства хлеба и хлебобулочной продукции – 0,8 процента; муки – 13,9 процента; овощной продукции – 28,9 процента; плодов и фруктов – 8,8 процента; молока – 3,1 процента; яиц – 2,4 процента; консервированных фруктов и овощей – 2,1 процента.

Темп роста грузооборота по всем видам транспорта на территории региона равен 3,9 процента, пассажирооборота – 0,6 процента.

Прирост розничного товарооборота в сопоставлении с тем же периодом прошлого года составил 11,3 процента.

За три месяца план по доходной части местного бюджета исполнен на уровне 113,4 процента, по расходной части – 98,8 процента.

В рамках Национальной сельской программы в рассматриваемый период в регионе продолжалось строительство 20 зданий социальной инфраструктуры, 7 водоочистных и очистных сооружений, 4,5 тысячи квадратных метров жилья, инженерных систем и объектов.

За первый квартал текущего года план по доходам филиалов банков, расположенных в регионе, выполнен на 124 процента.

Заслушав отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов подчеркнул важность последовательной работы с целью социально-экономического развития и значительного улучшения уровня жизни граждан страны, в том числе в Лебапском велаяте.

Глава государства также распорядился держать под контролем своевременное освоение инвестиций, предусмотренных на текущий год.

Затем заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Г.Агаджанов отчитался о проводимой в Лебапском велаяте работе в рамках совершенствования деятельности нефтегазового комплекса.

Как сообщалось, наряду с другими регионами страны, здесь также реализуются необходимые меры в данной отрасли. В частности, для надёжной доставки природного газа потребителям Государственным концерном «Türkmengaz» осуществляется эффективное обслуживание газопроводов различного давления, газораспределительных станций и газорегулирующего оборудования.

В целях поиска и выявления залежей природных богатств, а также увеличения запасов подземных вод гидрогеологами Государственной корпорации «Türkmengeologiýa» на территории Лебапского велаята ведутся масштабные буровые работы.

Помимо этого, в регионе осуществляется соответствующая деятельность по промышленному освоению договорной территории «Bagtyýarlyk», газовых месторождений Малай, Найып, Кюкуртли, Балгуйы, Газоджак, Кирпичли, Багаджа, а также по обеспечению природным газом внутренних потребителей и по экспортным направлениям.

Предпринимаются необходимые шаги по продуктивному задействованию мощностей Сейдинского нефтеперерабатывающего завода и профильных объектов по производству сжиженного газа в Багадже и Найыпе, расположенных на территории велаята.

Заслушав отчёт, Президент Туркменистана акцентировал внимание на важности дальнейшего совершенствования работы учреждений и предприятий комплекса для эффективного использования природных богатств и нефтегазовых запасов нашей страны, в том числе Лебапского велаята.

Глава государства поручил вице-премьеру, широко внедряя современные технологии, последовательно модернизировать деятельность Сейдинского нефтеперерабатывающего завода, повышать результативность буровых работ, своевременно проводить ремонт на газодобывающих скважинах.

Заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Т.Атахаллыев отчитался о ходе сезонных мероприятий в сельскохозяйственном секторе страны, в том числе в Лебапском велаяте.

Сообщалось, что в регионах Отчизны продолжаются уход за площадями, засеянными пшеницей, и сев хлопчатника, а также кампания по получению приплода ягнят и верблюжат.

На пшеничных полях Лебапского велаята согласно нормам агротехники ведутся соответствующие работы по подкормке ­почвы минеральными удобрениями и полив. Наряду с этим осуществляется подготовка профильных предприятий и элеваторов, а также зерноуборочных комбайнов к предстоящему сезону жатвы.

Вместе с тем, в велаяте принимаются меры для соблюдения сроков посевной хлопчатника, эффективной эксплуатации задействованных в севе сельхозтехники и агрегатов, ведётся вегетационный полив. Осуществляется также надлежащий уход за шелкопрядом.

С целью увеличения объёмов производства картофеля, овощей и бахчевых, обеспечения населения этой продукцией в достаточном количестве, на земледельческих полях велаята продолжается уход за данными культурами.

Резюмируя отчёт, глава государства отметил необходимость своевременного и качественного выполнения всех агротехнических мероприятий.

В данной связи Президент Туркменистана поручил вице-премьеру продолжить проводимые в стране, в том числе в Лебапском велаяте, работы по производству овощебахчевой и другой продовольственной продукции, а также держать в центре внимания вопрос повышения урожайности сельхозкультур.

Затем заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Аннамаммедов доложил о проводимой строительно-промышленным комплексом работе по социально-экономическому развитию Лебапского велаята.

Как сообщалось, согласно Распоряжению Президента Туркменистана, в текущем году в этом регионе планируется открытие 8 зданий и сооружений. Чтобы обеспечить высокое качество строительства и сдачу объектов в эксплуатацию в установленные сроки, их возведение осуществляется быстрыми темпами.

Министерство промышленности и строительного производства проводит соответствующую работу в целях дальнейшего развития данного сектора, выпуска стройматериалов, заменяющих импортные аналоги, и увеличения объёмов и ассортимента экспортируемой продукции.

В данном контексте отмечалось, что в городе Достлук этрапа Довлетли ускоренными темпами ведётся строительство завода совместного хозяйственного общества «Türkmengips» по выпуску сухих строительных смесей и гипсокартонных изделий годовой мощностью соответственно 250 тысяч тонн и 20 миллионов квадратных метров.

В целях обеспечения надёжного и бесперебойного электроснабжения потребителей Лебапского велаята, учреждения и предприятия, находящиеся в подчинении Министерства энергетики, проводят плановые работы по строительству новых электростанций и линий электропередачи, а также по реконструкции существующих.

Предприятия и учреждения, подведомственные Министерству автомобильных дорог, осуществляют в регионе плановый ремонт и реконструкцию дорог государственного и местного значения и мостов вдоль них, а также улиц и тротуаров в сёлах и посёлках.

Государственным концерном «Türkmenhimiýa» продолжается строительство комплекса по производству в год 350 тысяч тонн суперфосфата и 100 тысяч тонн сульфата аммония в структуре Туркменабатского химического завода им. С.А.Ниязова. Данный объект призван способствовать обеспечению сельскохозяйственного сектора необходимыми фосфорными удобрениями и расширению ассортимента выпускаемых в стране минеральных удобрений.

Кроме того, ведутся соответствующие работы по доведению до проектной мощности Гарлыкского калийного горнорудного комплекса, расположенного в Койтендагском этрапе Лебапского велаята.

Резюмируя отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов подчеркнул важность обеспечения функционирования на полную мощность химических и строительных предприятий страны, в том числе в Лебапском велаяте, а также дальнейшего принятия мер по налаживанию новых производств в данном регионе.

В этой связи глава государства поручил вице-премьеру держать под строгим контролем качество строительства и сроки сдачи в эксплуатацию объектов, возведение которых должно быть завершено в нынешнем году в Лебапском велаяте, а также продолжить модернизацию дорог в регионе.

Далее заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Н.Атагулыев отчитался о проводимой в Лебапском велаяте работе в рамках развития торгового комплекса страны.

Как сообщалось, в настоящее время во всех этрапах и городах данного региона обеспечение населения товарами повышенного спроса осуществляется предприятиями, находящимися в ведении Министерства торговли и внешнеэкономических связей, а также профильными предприятиями, принадлежащими членам Союза промышленников и предпринимателей Туркменистана.

Для обеспечения высоких показателей качества оказываемых населению торговых услуг принимаются надлежащие меры по модернизации материально-технической базы сферы розничной торговли. Строятся и сдаются в эксплуатацию современные торговые центры, магазины и рынки. С развитием цифровой системы расширяется масштаб электронной торговли и услуг доставки.

В целом по велаяту действуют 860 торговых и производственных точек, пунктов общественного питания, принадлежащих предприятиям Министерства торговли и внешне­экономических связей.

В Лебапском велаяте функционируют находящиеся в ведении Министерства текстильной промышленности 6 производственных предприятий, а также 5 магазинов, где реализуются текстильные изделия. В ведении Государственного объединения «Türkmenhaly» находятся действующие в Халачском этрапе предприятие художественного ковроделия и его 4 цеха.

На территории региона также функционируют 79 предприятий сферы производства, торговли и услуг, принадлежащих членам Союза промышленников и предпринимателей Туркменистана.

В рамках решения задач, определённых соответствующей Программой Президента Туркменистана, в Лебапском велаяте планируется открытие 12 производств, относящихся к частному сектору, что позволит создать 311 дополнительных рабочих мест.

В данном контексте вице-премьер представил на рассмотрение главы государства предложение Министерства торговли и внешнеэкономических связей по строительству нового современного рынка в Фарабском этрапе Лебапского велаята.

Заслушав отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов акцентировал внимание на необходимости постоянного контроля над обеспечением внутреннего рынка продовольственными и другими товарами. Глава государства также дал распоряжение по дальнейшему расширению спектра торговых услуг, предоставляемых населению страны, в частности, в Лебапском велаяте.

Одобрив предложение о строительстве нового современного торгового рынка в Фарабском этрапе Лебапского велаята, Президент Туркменистана поручил вице-премьеру провести соответствующую работу.

Затем заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Сейидова отчиталась о предпринимаемых шагах по совершенствованию деятельности учреждений сферы культуры Лебапского велаята.

Отмечалось, что в результате инициатив и широких возможностей, созданных Президентом Туркменистана и Героем-Аркадагом, работа данных учреждений в регионе систематически совершенствуется, обеспечиваются все условия для культурного досуга жителей. Строятся и сдаются в эксплуатацию ­современные очаги культуры.

Лебапский велаят богат историко-культурными достопримечательностями. В настоящее время 196 памятников, расположенных на его территории, взяты на государственный учёт и обстоятельно изучаются с научной точки зрения. Большая часть выявленных археологических находок выставляется в музеях на территории велаята и доводится до широкой общественности.

Включение в 2023 году транснациональной номинации «Великий Шёлковый путь: Зарафшан–Каракумский коридор» в Список Всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО подтверждает признание историко-культурных памятников, находящихся на территории Лебапского велаята, на международном уровне.

В настоящее время в регионе действуют Государственный музыкально-драматический театр имени Сейитназара Сейди, дома и центры культуры, музеи и библиотеки, Лебапская велаятская специализированная школа искусств, детские школы искусств и художественные школы, где созданы все возможности для предоставления соответствующих услуг и обучения молодёжи по данному профилю.

Проведение в октябре 2022 года в городе Туркменабат Международного фестиваля «Ремесленничество и декоративно-прикладное искусство в наследии народов мира», в 2014 и 2021 годах – Недель культуры способствовали ознакомлению мировой общественности с осуществляемой деятельностью и создаваемыми благоприятными условиями в регионе, а также с его трудовыми достижениями.

Резюмируя отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов отметил необходимость организации работы современных центров культуры, библиотек, музеев и театров Лебапского велаята в соответствии с требованиями времени, систематического проведения среди молодёжи просветительской деятельности, направленной на широкое раскрытие значения национальных традиций, культурных и духовных ценностей нашего народа.

Глава государства также поручил вице-премьеру продолжить реализацию мер по бережному сохранению и глубокому изу­чению историко-культурных памятников, расположенных на территории региона.

Затем о проводимой в курируемой сфере работе в рамках социально-экономического развития Лебапского велаята отчитался заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Маммедов.

Как сообщалось, осуществляется эффективная деятельность по повышению уровня жизни и охране здоровья населения региона, популяризации здорового образа жизни, формированию всесторонне развитого молодого поколения.

В рамках социально-экономического развития Лебапского велаята в 2022–2028 годах введены в эксплуатацию 11 современных средних школ и 2 детских сада. В настоящее время ведётся строительство нового комплекса зданий Туркменского государственного педагогического института им. Сейитназара Сейди.

Наряду с этим научно-исследовательские учреждения оказывают постоянную научную и практическую поддержку для дальнейшего устойчивого экономического роста.

Осуществляются реформы, направленные на охрану здоровья населения Лебапского велаята, а также на наращивание производственных мощностей местной фармацевтической промышленности.

В велаяте создаются широкие возможности для развития спорта высших достижений, массового физкультурно-спортивного движения, а также для подготовки национальных команд к чемпионатам мира и крупным международным соревнованиям. Современные спортивные сооружения, стадионы и специализированные спортшколы служат надёжной основой для воспитания талантливой молодёжи.

Заслушав отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов подчеркнул важность повышения качества работы в образовательных учреждениях, действующих в стране, в том числе в Лебапском велаяте, а также завершения в установленные сроки строительства нового комплекса зданий Туркменского государственного педагогического института им. Сейитназара Сейди в городе Туркменабат.

Наряду с этим, глава государства распорядился держать в центре внимания укрепление материально-технической базы действующих учреждений сферы здравоохранения и принять надлежащие меры по эффективному использованию спортивных сооружений.

Далее заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров, министр иностранных дел Р.Мередов доложил о подготовке к 7-у заседанию Туркмено-китайского межправительственного комитета по сотрудничеству.

Как сообщалось, в реализуемой под руководством Президента Сердара Бердымухамедова внешней политике Отчизны придаётся большое значение взаимодействию с государствами–стратегическими партнёрами Туркменистана, в числе которых – Китайская Народная Республика.

В наращивании межгосударственного всестороннего партнёрства ключевая роль отводится визитам и встречам на высшем уровне. В этой связи был отмечен рабочий визит Президента Туркменистана в КНР, состоявшийся в период с 31 августа по

3 сентября 2025 года для участия в Саммите Шанхайской организации сотрудничества и торжествах, посвящённых 80-летнему юбилею Победы.

В целях дальнейшего развития многопланового взаимодействия 17–19 марта нынешнего года состоялся дружественный визит в Пекин Национального Лидера туркменского народа, Председателя Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Героя-Аркадага.

В ходе этих визитов достигнуты важные договорённости по значительному расширению и укреплению равноправного взаимовыгодного туркмено-китайского партнёрства в политико-дипломатической, торгово-экономической, культурно-гуманитарной сферах и в других направлениях.

Руководствуясь поручениями главы государства по дальнейшему принятию систематических шагов в целях наращивания конструктивного двустороннего сотрудничества в рамках вышеназванного Комитета, ориентированию его деятельности на реализацию договорённостей, достигнутых в рамках встреч на высшем уровне, в настоящее время продолжается соответствующая работа.

В этом плане 7-е заседание Туркмено-китайского межправительственного комитета намечено провести 16 апреля текущего года в Ашхабаде. Отмечалось также, что заседания входящих в его состав шести подкомитетов проводятся регулярно, на взаимосогласованной основе, в том числе по цифровой системе.

В частности, 15 января 2025 года в Ашхабаде состоялось 10-е заседание Подкомитета по сотрудничеству в области безопасности, 3 июля того же года – 8-е заседание Подкомитета по торгово-экономическому сотрудничеству, 9 марта 2026 года в Пекине проведено 9-е заседание Подкомитета по гуманитарному сотрудничеству, 9 апреля нынешнего года состоялось 2-е заседание Подкомитета по сотрудничеству в тран­с­портно-логистической сфере.

Во второй половине 2026 года предусматривается провести 10-е заседание Подкомитета по энергетическому сотрудничеству и 3-е заседание Подкомитета по научно-техническому сотрудничеству.

Вице-премьер, руководитель МИД сообщил, что в ходе предстоящего очередного заседания Комитета планируется рассмотреть ряд вопросов, касающихся приоритетных направлений дальнейшего развития стратегического партнёрства между Туркменистаном и Китаем.

О высоком уровне обоюдного доверия наглядно свидетельствует сотрудничество в сфере безопасности. В данном аспекте стороны продолжают взаимодействие по обеспечению кибер- и биологической безопасности.

В контексте энергетического партнёрства приоритетами выступают рассматриваемые ныне новые проекты по освоению стратегически значимых газовых месторождений.

Большое значение также имеет тран­с­портное сотрудничество. В этом аспекте с китайской стороной будут рассмотрены вопросы модернизации железнодорожной инфраструктуры. В то же время, учитывая выгодное географическое расположение Туркменистана, особо важным представляется активизация логистического партнёрства. В этой связи на повестку дня будет вынесен вопрос наращивания взаимодействия в транспортно-логистической сфере по приоритетным направлениям Китай–Туркменистан–Каспийское море–Европа, Туркменистан–Китай–Южная и Восточная Азия–Азиатско-Тихоокеанский регион.

Будет также рассмотрен вопрос продолжения и интенсификации двустороннего сотрудничества в области связи и цифровизации.

В числе приоритетных векторов – также обмен опытом и активизация взаимодействия в сфере информационно-коммуникационных технологий и искусственного интеллекта.

Имеются широкие перспективы и для развития сотрудничества по линии сельского хозяйства.

Значимым также видится углубление контактов в области подготовки и повышения квалификации специалистов в образовательной и научно-технической сферах, внедрения в практику результатов научных исследований.

По итогам заседания Комитета преду­сматривается подписание соответствующего Протокола. Кроме того, готовится ряд документов, направленных на укрепление правовой базы туркмено-китайских отношений.

Вместе с тем изучаются другие документы для подписания по результатам заседания Межправительственного комитета.

В данной связи вице-премьер, руководитель МИД представил на рассмотрение главы государства проект соответствующего Постановления.

Заслушав отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов отметил значимость состоявшегося недавно дружественного визита Героя-Аркадага в КНР в истории межгосударственных отношений. Говоря об этом, глава государства подчеркнул важность обеспечения высокого организационного уровня подготовки и проведения 7-го заседания Туркмено-китайского межправительственного комитета по сотрудничеству.

Подписав Постановление, подготовленное в целях дальнейшего развития плодотворного туркмено-китайского партнёрства, Президент Туркменистана поручил вице-премьеру, министру иностранных дел провести соответствующую работу.

Заместитель Председателя Кабинета Министров Б.Аннаев отчитался о проводимой в Лебапском велаяте работе в рамках совершенствования деятельности отечественного транспортно-коммуникационного комплекса.

Как было доложено, темп роста грузооборота по всем видам транспорта по данному региону в сравнении с соответствующим периодом прошлого года составил 103,9 процента, доля велаята по стране – 13,3 процента.

За отчётный период темп роста пассажирооборота по всем видам транспорта по Лебапскому велаяту в сопоставлении с аналогичным периодом прошлого года равен 100,6 процента, а доля региона по стране – 14,4 процента.

По линии Министерства связи в велаяте принимаются меры по подключению к системе номеров проводной и сотовой связи, повышению качества оказываемых пользователям услуг, модернизации материально-технической базы действующих профильных объектов. В регионе также осуществляются масштабные работы в соответствии с Нацио­нальной сельской программой.

В рассматриваемый период по Министерству железнодорожного транспорта доля Лебапского велаята в грузообороте по стране составляет 14,6 процента. Этот показатель по пассажирообороту равен 4,2 процента.

Сданный в эксплуатацию в Туркменабате современный, оснащённый электронным оборудованием автодром Министерства автомобильного транспорта, и пассажирский автовокзал позволили значительно повысить качество и доступность оказываемых населению транспортных услуг. Производственное объединение «Lebapawtoulag» осуществляет регулярное автобусное сообщение в общей сложности по 119 маршрутам.

Государственной службой «Türkmen­howaýollary» принимаются систематические меры по эффективному задействованию транзитного потенциала международных аэропортов Туркменабат и Керки, а также по предоставлению населению высококачественных транспортных услуг и культурному обслуживанию пассажиров.

Открытым акционерным обществом «Derýaýollary», созданным при долевом участии Государственной службы морского и речного транспорта, ведутся работы по ремонту судов и улучшению соответствующей материально-технической базы.

Заслушав отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов отметил необходимость оптимального использования логистических возможностей страны, в том числе Лебапского велаята, посредством создания благоприятных условий для международных транспортно-транзитных сообщений, систематического совершенствования деятельности международных аэропортов Туркменабат и Керки, надлежащего функционирования пассажирского автовокзала, расположенного в городе Туркменабат.

Глава государства также поручил вице-премьеру продолжить работу по обновлению и модернизации железных дорог.

Далее слово было предоставлено хякиму Лебапского велаята Д.Генджиеву, отчитавшемуся о положении дел в регионе.

Как сообщалось, в настоящее время на земледельческих площадях велаята продолжается сев хлопчатника, обеспечивается бесперебойная эксплуатация сельскохозяйственной техники. Принимаются меры для завершения посевной в установленные сроки согласно нормам агротехники, в местах появления всходов для их нормального роста проводится междурядная обработка.

В целях выращивания богатого урожая пшеницы осуществляются подкормка ­почвы минеральными удобрениями и полив. Вместе с тем в велаяте продолжается уход за высаженными картофелем и луком. Ведётся также работа по выращиванию шелкопряда.

В соответствии с Национальной сельской программой в регионе возводятся объекты социально-культурного и производственного назначения, открытие которых запланировано в текущем году.

От имени жителей велаята хяким выразил Президенту Туркменистана и Герою-­Аркадагу искреннюю признательность по случаю торжественного ввода в эксплуатацию с благословения главы государства участка Мары–Туркменабат автобана Ашхабад–Турк­менабат.

Резюмируя отчёт, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов подчеркнул важность успешной реализации принятых программ и инвестиционных проектов по социально-экономическому развитию Лебапского велаята, а также указал на необходимость продолжения комплексной работы по неуклонному повышению благосостояния жителей региона.

В данной связи глава государства адресовал хякиму конкретные поручения по дальнейшему улучшению обеспечения населения чистой питьевой водой, электроэнергией, природным газом и жилыми домами.

На заседании также был рассмотрен ряд важных вопросов государственной жизни, по которым приняты соответствующие решения.

Завершая выездное заседание Кабинета Министров, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов пожелал его участникам крепкого здоровья, семейного благополучия и больших успехов в работе во имя дальнейшего процветания суверенной Отчизны.

On April 9–10, 2026, representatives of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan participated in the third regional inter-parliamentary dialogue on scaling up the circular economy within the framework of the European Union's "SWITCH-Asia" Program, held in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the opening ceremony of the inter-parliamentary dialogue, participants noted that this highly organized international event serves as an open platform for discussing critical global issues, and engaged in a comprehensive exchange of views on the key issues of our time, specifically regarding several strategic directions aimed at universal interests and sustainable development.

The third regional interparliamentary dialogue on scaling up the circular economy within the framework of the European Union's "SWITCH-Asia" Program  was conducted through industrial experience focused on the circular economy at leading enterprises in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. 

The representative of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan delivered a speech on Turkmenistan's leading experience in transitioning to a circular economy by implementing "green economy" principles, the significant milestones achieved during the years of Independence, the effective work carried out and continuously continued in the country, as well as large-scale programs aimed at fulfilling tasks to strengthen environmental well-being through the transition to a circular economy. Furthermore, he noted that achieving environmental well-being in the country, reducing waste and emissions, developing and incentivizing the circular economy, as well as attracting investment to integrate innovative technologies into the economy are priority areas of state policy.

The first session of the third regional interparliamentary dialogue, titled "National Progress on Circular Economy in Central Asia," featured speakers who provided detailed information on the best practices gained in their respective countries during the transition to a circular economy and on the strategic programs set for the future implementation of "green economy" principles.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the solemn stone-laying ceremony of a new modern settlement designed 4 thousand of 500 households in the territory of Ymambaba gengeshlik of Yoloten etrap in Mary velayat.

The new modern settlement, the foundation of which is laid today with participation of the head of the state, clearly attested to the fact.

One should point out that construction and regular commissioning of projects and social, cultural and industrial facilities in all corners of our fatherland, which are symbolical for the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state - a visual evidence of the power of national economy.

According to the state policy pursued by the President of Turkmenistan, a great significance is given to the further increase of standards of living of people. As a result, comfortable housing areas, villages and settlements are constructed in our country taking into account the advanced world experience.

New villages and settlements erected in various corners of our fatherland clearly speak of large-scale transformations aimed at maintenance of happy life of our people. In development of their projects all conveniences for residents are provided, necessary conditions for harmonious development of the younger generation, its education and interesting leisure are created. In this connection, the special attention is given to construction and equipment of kindergartens and comprehensive schools according to modern requirements.

The works carried out in this sphere, along with improvement of social living conditions of rural population, promote creation of additional workplaces for thousands of people.

There, the President of Turkmenistan made a speech on the occasion of the solemn stone-laying ceremony of the new modern settlement in the territory of Ymambaba gengeshlik of Yoloten etrap.

Having warmly greeted participants of the festive event and having sincerely congratulated all with the start of construction of the new modern settlement, head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in our fatherland a large-scale work is conducted. New modern cities, villages, settlements, industrial projects and manufacturing enterprises are systematically constructed and put into operation.

As was marked, according to the motto of Hero-Arkadag «State - for people!», the care of people is the state policy’s overall objective. Maintenance of citizens with modern, comfortable and accessible housing - one of the priorities of social and economic policy of our fatherland. The new revised version of the national program of the President of Turkmenistan on transformation of social conditions of the population of villages, settlements, cities of etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2028» is successfully realised«. On the basis of the given program, in all regions of the country construction of villages and settlements consistently proceeds.

- Erection of new modern villages and settlements promotes the further improvement of well-being of the population. All this activity clearly attests to successful implementation of our political policy - «The Motherland is the Motherland only with its people! The State is the State only with its people!», - the head of the state continued his speech.

As was underlined, the opening villages of «Döwletli mekan» in Ak bugday etrap and «Bagtly zamana» in Kaka etrap of Akhal velayat as well as settlement of «Bitaraplyk» in Koneurgench etrap of Dashoguz velayat in the past year became a great gift for our people.

The President of Turkmenistan also said that in the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers», an efficient work is carried on to create optimum living conditions for our citizens and accomplish regions of the country.

As was marked in his speech, in the new modern settlement, the foundation of which is laid today, comfortable conditions for residents will be also created. The area of the new settlement erected by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, occupies more than 800 hectares. There will be constructed 4 thousand 500 apartment houses designated for over 22 thousand of 500 people where all necessary conditions for living will be created.

Besides, it is planned to construct and place in operation the office building of the Gengesh, secondary schools, kindergartens, health centres, a recreation centre as well as a mosque. In the new settlement, modern life-support systems will function.

Thus, shortly in Yoloten etrap of Mary velayat, there will appear a new settlement, which possesses all necessary conditions for living. Construction of the new settlement once again confirms that in the country a large-scale work is successfully carried out for well-being of our happy people.

The head of the state noticed that along with others velayats, a great importance is attached to social and economic development of Mary velayat where on a regular basis the powerful industrial enterprises, and social, cultural, industrial facilities are erected and put in operation, and in few days, a historically significant project - the beginning of the fourth phase of development of the «Galkynyş» gas deposit will be given a start.

- We will continue henceforth successfully our program work on al-round development of velayats of our fatherland, building of modern objects and creation of new manufactures. Our main objective consists in maintenance of peaceful and happy life of people, every family and citizen of our country, - the head of the state said and once again sincerely congratulated all with the beginning of construction of the new modern settlement in Yoloten etrap of Mary velayat.

P.Jumayeva also noticed that the beginning of building of the new modern settlement in the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers», marked by celebration of the glorious 35th anniversary of independence of our fatherland, clearly testifies to successful realisation of noble undertakings of Hero-Arkadag by the President of the country and wished the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the head of the state sound health, longevity and successes in their activity.

Then, the representative of the younger generation A.Aidov pointed out that under the wise leadership of the President of Turkmenistan all possibilities are created for the youth to enjoy the happy life and to get modern education, and today's stone-laying ceremony of the new modern settlement also clearly speaks of the care of the peaceful life of our people.

Having expressed sincere gratitude to the head of the state and Hero-Arkadag for their indefatigable efforts to maintain the happy life of Turkmen nationals, A.Aidov sincerely wished them sound health, longevity and the further successes in all their noble undertakings.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov filled in the first portions of concrete in the foundation of the modern settlement and, by the noble custom of our people, gave his blessing to this great undertaking.

Following the head of the state, honourable elders also took part in laying concrete in the foundation of the project.

After the end of the celebration, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov warmly said goodbye to the gathered and by helicopter arrived in the international airport of Mary city, from where he took off for the capital.

В соответствии с девизом Героя-­Аркадага «Государство — для человека!» забота о народе является главной целью нашей государственной политики.

Обеспечение граждан современным, комфортным и доступным жильём — один из приоритетов социально-экономической политики Отчизны.

Успешно реализуется «Национальная программа Президента Туркменистана по преобразованию социально-бытовых условий населения сёл, посёлков, городов этрапов и этрапских центров на период до 2028 года» в новой редакции. На основе данной программы во всех регионах страны последовательно продолжается строительство новых сёл и посёлков.

Возведение новых современных сёл и посёлков способствует дальнейшему улучшению благосостояния ­населения.

Вся эта деятельность является ярким свидетельством успешного претворения в жизнь нашего политического курса – «Родина является Родиной только с народом! Государство является государством только с народом!».

Большим подарком для нашего народа стало открытие в прошлом году сёл «Döwletli mekan» в этрапе Ак бугдай и «Bagtly zamana» в Каахкинском этрапе Ахалского велаята, а также посёлка «Bitaraplyk» в Куняургенчском этрапе Дашогузского велаята.

В году «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов» также продолжается эффективная работа по созданию наиболее благоприятных условий жизни для наших граждан и благоустройству регионов страны.

В новом современном посёлке, фундамент которого закладывается сегодня, также будут созданы самые комфортные условия. Новый посёлок, возводимый Министерством строительства и архитектуры Туркменистана, займёт территорию площадью более 800 гектаров.

В новом посёлке в Иолотанском этрапе будет построено 4 тысячи 500 жилых домов, рассчитанных на проживание более 22 тысяч 500 человек, где созданы все необходимые условия для жизни людей.

Кроме того, планируется построить и ввести в эксплуатацию административное здание Генгеша, средние школы, детские сады, центры здоровья, Дом культуры, а также мечеть. В новом посёлке будут функционировать современные системы жизнеобеспечения.

Таким образом, в скором времени в Иолотанском этрапе Марыйского велаята появится новый посёлок, располагающий всеми необходимыми условиями для проживания.

Строительство нового посёлка ещё раз подтверждает, что в стране успешно ведётся масштабная работа во имя благополучия нашего счастливого народа.

Наряду с другими велаятами мы придаём важное значение социально-экономическому развитию Марыйского велаята.

Здесь на регулярной основе возводятся и сдаются в эксплуатацию мощные промышленные предприятия, здания и сооружения культурно-бытового назначения.

А в ближайшие дни будет дан старт исторически значимому проекту — началу четвёртой фазы освоения газового месторождения «Galkynyş».

Today, our independent neutral fatherland marked World Heath Day in the atmosphere of high spiritual uplift. Participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the mass bicycle ride on the occasion of the holiday clearly attested to the acknowledgement of consecutive promotion of sports diplomacy by Turkmenistan as one of the important conditions of peace and sustainable development.

The all-round care of prosperous life of people is a priority vector of the state policy of the country. At present, this creative strategy, the foundation of which was laid by National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag, is consistently realised by Arkadagly Hero Serdar. In this connection, the special attention is given to public health care, development of mass physical training and health improvement and popularisation of practice of various sports.

According to the Government program «Saglyk», developed under the leadership of Hero-Arkadag, our country carries out in the given sphere a large-scale work focused on increase of life expectancy of people, encouragement of physical training and sports, strengthening of principles of healthy way of life in society. With these goals, Turkmenistan has constructed and constructs projects of medical, sanatorium and sports infrastructure answering to the international standards.

As a result of the transformations, which are carried out in the sphere of sports under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, modern stadiums, sport centres and other profile objects are regularly put in operation in the country. The capital multipurpose Olympic village can serve the best example for it. It hosted successfully the 2017 V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. A number of other large international competitions were also held there. It is of great importance both for perfection of skill of our sportsmen, and for augmentation of authority of our land on the world scene.

A complex of modern sports objects in Arkadag city, which has been erected in the picturesque foothills of the Kopet Dagh and has no analogue in the region, also attest to fact that the state creates ample opportunities for physical and spiritual perfection of the population, especially the younger generation.

Sports events, including bicycle marathons held regularly in our country on the occasion of World Health Day not only promotes consolidation of principles of healthy way of life in society, but also shows successful realisation of international initiatives of Turkmenistan on development of cycling sports as well as growth of the international authority of our fatherland. And participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in such mass events increases their importance.

Today, the sports diplomacy, which plays an important role in modern international relations, is one of the strategic areas of the foreign policy of our state. Along with development of sports at world level, the activity in the field is aimed at strengthening the peaceful, friendly, brotherly dialogue between the countries and the people. Turkmenistan, which puts forward consecutive initiatives on conduction of large international competitions and mass sports events, is recognised as the state, which effectively uses the diplomatic potential of sports in maintenance of stability in the region and all over the world.

Guided by national and universal interests, our independent neutral fatherland calls for consolidation of the international efforts. Establishment of World Bicycle day in 2018 by the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization at the initiative of Turkmenistan is one of the significant achievements of national sports diplomacy at world level. It is also necessary to point out that in 2022 at the proposal of our country, the United Nations General Assembly unanimously adopted the Resolution «Integration of mass bicycle movement into the system of public transport for achievement of sustainable development».

These initiatives visually show that sports serve as an effective tool not only for strengthening physical health, but also for maintenance of universal peace, sustainable development and ecological safety. An active participation of foreign representatives in sports actions held in our country - visible acknowledgement of embodiment of the principle «peace through sports» that promotes enrichment of interstate cultural-humanitarian cooperation by the new maintenance.

In the cycling marathon, organised on the occasion of the significant date, heads and representatives of diplomatic representative offices of foreign states accredited in our country and international organisations also took part.

As known, bicycle races are one of the widespread forms of socially significant actions, held in many countries to support social and ecological projects. The number of the citizens, who take part in the annual similar actions, constantly grows in Turkmenistan.

Cycling allows combining physical activity with rest in the open air and is accessible to people of all ages. Regular practice of this sport promote the strengthening of cardiovascular system, increase of general endurance of the organism.

Besides it, cycling promotes in certain degree achievement of goals of sustainable development. In the given context, the initiatives of Turkmenistan on advancement of «green" agenda are organically combined with general efforts, in particular, on struggle against climate change. In that regard, bicycle races are represented as unique example of ecological diplomacy and uniting force of sports.

Sports with its growing role in public life make an essential impact on formation of outlook of the younger generation. Bicycle rides positively influence health and harmonious development of children, and promote their social adaptation.

In Turkmenistan, a huge significance is attached to issues of strengthening health of the rising generation. Our young citizens who needing the state support are surrounded with the special attention and care. Thus, it is necessary to note the large-scale activity of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov created at the initiative of Hero Arkadag.

Having defined consolidation of principles of healthy way of life in society as one of the strategic areas of the state policy, Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar regularly find time for practice of various sports, setting an example to compatriots. All it inspires our sportsmen into victories at international competitions. Their achievements confirm efficiency of the measures adopted in the country in the field, and strengthen the authority of our native land on the world sports arena.

President of the National Olympic Committee of Turkmenistan, head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov pays priority attention to popularisation of the Olympic movement in our fatherland. Today, Turkmenistan actively uses the peace-making potential of sports not only at the regional, but also at the global scale.

Within international sports cooperation, our state develops constructive relations with the International Olympic Committee, United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace, UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee on Physical Education and Sports, the Olympic Council of Asia. Unanimous election of Turkmenistan as a member of the above-named Intergovernmental committee of UNESCO for 2023-2027 became another acknowledgment of success of national sports diplomacy. And declaration of Ashgabat as the City of new sports possibilities of the Commonwealth is one more recognition of the huge contribution of our fatherland in development of regional interaction in sports.

Celebration of World Health Day widely speaks of the fact that our country has entered into the new stage of integration into the international sports space. The given strategy is aimed at strengthening the "trust dialogue» and consolidation of mutual understanding between cultures by means of sports.

The sports diplomacy realised by Turkmenistan can be characterised as a bright embodiment of well-known words of the founder of the modern Olympic movement Pierre de Coubertin from him «Ode to sports». In this hymn, goals of peace, creation, development, pleasure and principles of healthy way of life as well as spirit of aspiration of the youth to victory are expressed by a phrase:

«O sports! You - peace!»

The motto of the Olympic Games « Faster, Higher, Stronger- together!» confirms that sports are of great importance in strengthening solidarity and friendship between people.

As known, cycling - one of the Olympic sports. In turn, the bicycle is the most non-polluting type of transport. Therefore, choosing it as means of transport, riding and sports practice, the individual not only strengthens health, but also brings his contribution to environmental preservation.

The Turkmen people throughout centuries have generated original traditions of solicitous attitude to nature and life in harmony with it. These principles receive worthy continuation in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

Today, noble initiatives of Hero-Arkadag on maintenance of ecological well-being in the country are consistently realised under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar. Careful preservation of nature – decoration of our fatherland, further improvement of the state of environment and population’s living conditions are defined among state policy priorities.

With a view of maintenance of ecological well-being at the national and global levels, in Turkmenistan the long-term complex national forestry program is successfully realised. In the present period, mass planting of saplings in various corners of the country, including in the capital and its vicinities has become a noble tradition. During the national tree planting actions held during spring and autumn seasons with wide participation of the public, millions saplings are annually planted.

Turkmenistan also increases international cooperation in the field of ecology. Having joined tens of conventions of the United Nations Organization on environment, our country shows a responsible approach to the solution of issues facing the world community in the field of sustainable development.

In the course of the bicycle marathon, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as always displayed excellent physical and sports training and confirmed advantages of active and healthy way of life in practice.

The mass bicycle marathon held on the occasion of World Health Day finished in the city centre, near the Palace «Rukhyet».

Here, addressing participants of the action, the head of the state underlined the necessity of continuation of complex work to involve broad masses of population, and especially the youth, in regular practice of physical training and sports and to promote principles of healthy way of life in society.

Today on the occasion of World Health Day mass bicycle rides, along with Ashgabat, were organised in Arkadag city and in all velayats of the country. Round-table meetings, scientific-practical conferences, competitions and demonstrative shows in different sports, educational, physical and health improving and cultural actions, which brought together the youth of higher educational institutions, workers of establishments and enterprises and sportsmen together, were also timed to the festive date.

On April 7, 2026, a telephone conversation took place between the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via the digital system with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahalliyev and regional governors to consider the state of affairs in the agricultural sector and regions of the country.

The floor was given first to the Ahal Velayat Hyakim T.Nurmyradov, who reported on the progress of seasonal work on the ground.

As reported, mineral fertilizer application and vegetation irrigation are continuing in wheat fields in accordance with agricultural practices.

Здесь Герой-Аркадаг провёл рабочие совещания с участием соответствующих руководителей.

Каждый день года «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов» ознаменован трудовыми свершениями и событиями исторической значимости. Отрадно, что быстрыми темпами продолжается строительство в рамках второй очереди нового города, созданного по инициативе и благодаря последовательным усилиям Героя-Аркадага.

Возведение объектов производственного и социально-культурного назначения в городе Аркадаг, расположенном в одном из живописных уголков страны, ведётся в соответствии с требованиями современности.

Ранним утром Национальный Лидер туркменского народа прибыл в штаб-квартиру Благотворительного фонда по оказанию помощи нуждающимся в опеке детям имени Гурбангулы Бердымухамедова, где Героя-Аркадага тепло встретили вице-президенты Фонда О.Атабаева и Р.Базаров. Герою-Аркадагу была представлена подробная информация о реализации масштабных строительных проектов, осуществляемых при поддержке Фонда.

Вице-президент по лечебной деятельности Благотворительного фонда по оказанию помощи нуждающимся в опеке детям имени Гурбангулы Бердымухамедова О.Атабаева проинформировала о работах по модернизации Центра творчества «Jahan» и Государственной детской библиотеки имени Базара Аманова.

Как отмечалось, наряду с модернизацией помещений Государственной детской библиотеки имени Базара Аманова здесь намечено строительство обсерватории с телескопом для научного изучения небесных тел и наблюдения за ними. В Центре творчества «Jahan» предусматривается размещение фитнес-зала, лингафонных кабинетов для изучения иностранных языков и других специализированных учебных классов, открытых и закрытых спортивных залов. Планируется обучение детей основам дизайна и маркетинга. При этом будут предоставлены широкие возможности как для детей, так и для родителей.

В Центре творчества «Jahan» будут функционировать кабинеты различного профиля. Особое внимание уделено утверждению принципов здорового образа жизни, в частности, будут созданы условия для занятий с эластичной лентой, йогой и сайклингом.

Затем вице-президент Благотворительного фонда по оказанию помощи нуждающимся в опеке детям имени Гурбангулы Бердымухамедова Р.Базаров проинформировал о темпах модернизации ашхабадской мечети «Şehitler» на 500 мест, а также строительства и оформления туркменскими специалистами мечети в городе Физули Азербайджанской Республики.

Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что в рамках модернизации столичной мечети был расширен зал для молитв, и подчеркнул необходимость уделить особое внимание качеству строительства и отделочных материалов. При отделочных работах в строящейся в Азербайджанской Республике мечети как символа дружбы и братства важно учитывать мнение местных жителей, продолжил Герой-Аркадаг и дал в этой связи ряд рекомендаций.

Врач Аркадаг указал на целесообразность создания кабинета «Нетрадиционной медицины» в Государственном медицинском университете Туркменистана имени Мырата Гаррыева, организации совместной деятельности в этом направлении с соответствующими структурами и, основываясь на своём богатом опыте, дал ценные рекомендации.

Пожелав успехов в выполнении на высоком уровне всех намеченных работ, Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Герой-Аркадаг отбыл с места события.

Также были представлены образцы ковров для намаза, предназначенных для помещений мечети города Аркадаг на 30 тысяч мест.

Хаджи Аркадаг отметил, что на протяжении истории наш народ руководствовался такими принципами, как честность, добросовестность, а также стремлением к духовному самосовершенствованию, подчеркнув важность оформления и подбора цветовой гаммы мечети. Было бы целесообразно выбрать цвет ковра-намазлыка, гармонирующий с обликом города Аркадаг, сказал Хаджи Аркадаг и сделал акцент на необходимости консультаций по этому вопросу с представителями духовенства.

Учитывая значимость мечети, Герой-Аркадаг отметил важность надлежащего подбора отделочных материалов, подчеркнув, что внешнее и внутреннее оформление, система освещения должны отвечать высокому назначению дома Аллаха, почитаемого в исламском мире, и дал в связи с этим рекомендации.

Заслуженный архитектор Туркменистана Герой-Аркадаг распорядился уделять особое внимание качеству, прочности и долговечности материалов, используемых при отделке мечети, которая должна составлять единую гармонию с архитектурным обликом нового города. Подчеркнув важность их надёжности, Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что уникальный стиль оформления, мраморной облицовки и других элементов здания должен производить на людей неизгладимое впечатление.

Затем Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Герой-Аркадаг провёл рабочее совещание с участием председателя Государственного комитета по строительству города Аркадаг при Президенте Туркменистана Д.Оразова и хякима города Аркадаг Г.Маммедовой.

Д.Оразов представил подробную информацию о принимаемых мерах для ускорения темпов работ в рамках второй очереди нового города и обеспечения высокого качества строительства с учётом ранее данных Героем-Аркадагом рекомендаций. Отмечалось, что особое внимание уделяется прочности и долговечности стройматериалов.

Подчеркнув, что обеспечение высокого качества строительства и сдача объектов различного назначения в установленные сроки являются первоочередными задачами, Герой-Аркадаг сделал акцент на необходимости держать под постоянным контролем проводимые работы. Большое внимание также следует уделять экологическому аспекту, сказал Герой-Аркадаг.

Хяким города Аркадаг Г.Маммедова проинформировала о ходе подготовки к широко отмечаемому в нашей стране Национальному празднику туркменского скакуна, о результатах деятельности по благоустройству города и об обеспечении слаженной работы соответствующих структур в данном направлении.

Как отметил Герой-Аркадаг, Национальный праздник туркменского скакуна должен быть ознаменован большими торжествами на исконной родине ахалтекинцев, подчеркнув необходимость обеспечения высокого организационного уровня праздничных мероприятий. Следует создать все условия для активного участия в них, наряду с коневодами, жителей города.

На заседании, проведённом 4 апреля 2026 года в Меджлисе Туркменистана, посвящённом итогам работы за январь-март года «Независимый нейтральный Туркменистан – Родина целеустремлённых крылатых скакунов», была обсуждена осуществлённая деятельность по совершенствованию национального законодательства нашей страны и определены предстоящие задачи. 

На заседании было отмечено о задачахм, поставленными нашим Уважаемым Президентом Аркадаглы Сердаром по продолжению подготовки новых законопроектов, совершенствованию действующего законодательства и приведению его в соответствие с общепризнанными нормами международного права, а также на основе предложений, представленных министерствами и органами государственного управления в рабочих группах, созданных в Меджлисе в течение отчетного периода, работе по разработке законопроектов, направленных на реализацию прав и законных интересов граждан, обеспечение промышленной безопасности производственных объектов, совершенствование бухгалтерского учета и финансовой отчетности предприятий, учреждений и организаций, развитие предпринимательства, охрану окружающей среды, и водных биологических ресурсов, дальнейшее повышение эффективности деятельности миграционной и таможенной служб, а также в ряде других отраслей.

Также было отмечено, что для обеспечения высокого уровня организации выборов, состоявшихся 29 марта текущего года, по выборов депутатов Меджлиса Туркменистана, досрочно выбывших, членов велаятских, этрапских, городских халк маслахаты и Генгешей, совместно с Центральной избирательной комиссией, представителями политических партий, общественных объединений нашей страны была оказана организационно-методическая помощь в разъяснении значения данного общественно-политического мероприятия и избирательного законодательства.

В выступлениях на заседании подчеркивалась важность дальнейшего развития плодотворных отношений с международными организациями и парламентами стран мира, поддержки миролюбивой, гуманитарной политики позитивного нейтралитета нашей страны посредством парламентской дипломатии, а также по доведению до мирового сообщества.

With a view of maintenance of a high level of the elections of members of the Khalk Maslakhaty in newly created etraps of velayats of the country as well as deputies who discontinued their membership of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan ahead of schedule, members of velayat, etrap and city Khalk Maslakhaty and Gengesh held on March 29 of the current year, national members of the parliament together with representatives of political parties, public associations took an active part in actions for explanation of significance of this important political action and electoral legislation and organizational and methodical aid.

In addition, the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chad were received. During the considered period 8 meetings with representatives of parliaments of different countries, diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, in which priorities of bilateral cooperation were discussed, were held. Besides it, deputies and specialists of the Mejlis took part in 26 seminars on improvement of the legislative activity, held by corresponding ministries and sectoral departments of the country together international structures. With a view to explore the advanced experience, deputies made 5 business trips abroad.

In the specified period, the conference devoted to the inter-parliamentary dialogue on advancement of gender equality and strengthening of its legislative framework was also held. The forum was organised by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan together with the UN Population Fund. Online video meetings were held with women-members of the parliament of the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and parliamentary groups of friendship created at the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the State Great Khural of Mongolia were held.

Summing up the information, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that an efficient work is carried out to strengthen the legal basis of the state. In that regard, the head of Turkmenistan emphasised the significance of modernisation of legislation of the country according to requirements of the time.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Kh.Geldimyradov reported on macroeconomic indicators for the first quarter of the current year

As he informed, during the considered period, the rate of increase of GDP made up 6,3 percent, including this indicator in the industrial complex made up 2,4 percent, in construction sector - 6 percent, in transport and communication sector - 10,3 percent, trade - 8,3 percent, agriculture - 2,4 percent, in the sphere of services - 8,3 percent.

In the January-March period of the current year, the volume of production in comparison to the similar period of the past year grew by 10,4 percent. In all sectors of economy, positive industrial indicators were reached.

In the specified period, retail goods turnover as compared with the same period of the past year increased by 10,4 percent, and foreign trade turnover - 3,7 percent.

For the January-March period, the plan of the revenues part of the state budget was fulfilled by 102,3 percent, and expenditures part - 97,2 percent.

In the official institutions financed at the expense of the budget and self-financing, salaries were paid as well as pensions, welfare payments and scholarships of students were allotted in due time.

As compared with the corresponding period of the past year, in the specified period, the volume of capital investments made at the expense of all sources of financing, increased by 5,3 percent.

He also reported on the work fulfilled for the January-March period of 2026 within realisation of the national rural redevelopment program, in particular, on the course of construction of different projects.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused attention on the importance of consecutive improvement of the activity of economic, financial and bank complexes. In this connection, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to take the further measures aimed at maintenance of stable dynamics of growth of GDP as well as to hold the rational and target use of budgetary funds under strict control.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet G.Agajanov reported on results of the work carried out for the January-March period of the current year on increase in oil and gas production, expansion of routes of their export to world market.

As he reported, the plan for oil production by "Türkmennebit" State Concern was fulfilled by 106,9 percent.

In the specified period, fulfilment of the plan for oil refining at oil refining factories made up 108,7 percent, gasoline manufacture - 119 percent, diesel fuel - 111,8 percent, polypropylene - 100 percent, lubricant oils - 100,4 percent, liquefied gas - 126,7 percent, production of natural and accompanying gas - 107,5 percent.

Summing up the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted the necessity to carry out further the corresponding work on oil and gas production and increase in volumes of their export. The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to take the measures aimed at effective use of capacities of the complex on a constant basis, and to continue prospect drilling.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the outcome of the activity for the January-March period of the current year and course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in velayats of the country.

As he informed, the rate of increase of volumes of output of production in the agricultural branch as compared to the similar period of the past year made up 106 percent. By the Ministry of Agriculture this indicator was equal to 103,7 percent, by the Ministry of the Environmental Protection - 106,8 percent, by the State Water Economy Committee - 103,8 percent, by "Türkmenpagta" State Concern - 103 percent, State Association «Türkmengallaönümleri» - 111,9 percent, State Association «Türkmenobahyzmat» - 100,1 percent, State Food Processing Industry Association - 110,6 percent, State Cattle Breeding and Poultry Farming Industry Association - 100,4 percent, State Association «Türkmen atlary» - 100,1 percent. The plan for investments was executed by 168,1 percent.

At the same time, he reported that at present, seasonal agricultural campaigns proceed, due care is provided after wheat fields, in particular, the cotton sowing activities continue. Practical steps are also taken to involve the full potential of machinery and equipment used in the spring sowing campaign and in care of agricultural crops.

Besides it, corresponding measures are implemented to increase in volumes of cultivation of potato, vegetables and gourds and to provide the population with given species of production in sufficient volume. The proper work is carried out to plant spring agricultural crops and ensure due care of them.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that one should hold enhancement and improvement of the quality of manufacture in agriculture in the centre of constant attention. In addition, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to ensure realisation of seasonal agricultural work and effective conduction of the lambing campaigns in cattle-breeding economies actively and according to agro-technical standards.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annamammedov reported on the activity of the subordinate complex for the January-March period of 2026.

As he informed, the plan for production and work for the specified period was executed by the complex by 128, 2 percent.

This indicator by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture made up 105,6 percent, by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production - 128,5 percent and by the Ministry of Energy - 104,7 percent.

The plan for work by the Ministry of Motor Roads was fulfilled by 111,4 percent, by "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern - 152,7 percent and by the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city - 116,4 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet the instruction concerning increase in volumes of output in the building-industrial complex, strengthening and modernizing of the material and technical basis of the power energy sector, modernisation of highways of the country.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet N.Atagulyev reported on the outcome of work for the January-March period of this year in subordinate ministries and sectoral departments and the private sector.

By the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations as compared with the similar period of the past year, the rate of increase of trade turnover was equal to 108,3 percent, production - 101,4 percent.

As compared to the same period of the past year, the rate of increase of production by the Ministry of Textile Industry reached 103,3 percent, including the rate of increase of release of cotton yarn made up 101,5 percent, cotton fabric - 102,9 percent, tanning products - 105,9 percent.

The plan for production by «Türkmenhaly» State Association was executed by 111,4 percent.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange for the accounting period held 72 trading sessions, at which it registered 7 thousand 132 contracts.

The rate of increase of the executed works by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the January-March period of 2026 made up 115,7 percent. 2 exhibitions and 5 conferences were held in the considered period.

By the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the rate of increase of manufacture of agricultural and food production reached 107,6 percent, industrial - 106 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that one should hold maintenance of markets and shops of the country with food produces and other demanded products in the centre of constant attention. In that regard, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to carry out necessary work on increase in assortment and volumes of the products, manufactured by textile enterprises, and consistently to improve the activity of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange and Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet B.Seyidova reported on results of the activity of the subordinate complex for the January-March period of the current year.

As she reported, during the considered period, various events on the occasion of the motto of 2026 «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers», 35th anniversary of independence of our fatherland, holidays and significant dates of the national calendar were held.

In honour of International Women's Day various forums, exhibitions, song and musical events were organised. At theatres, plays «Artistic image of women in theatrical art», at cinemas and film concert centres - Turkmen films and festive concerts were displayed.

Large-scale festive events were devoted to the national holiday of spring - International Day of Novruz. The major event was held in the locality «Nowruz ýaýlasy» in the Ak bugday etrap.

In March, in Dashoguz velayat the festival «Dünýäde ýaňlanýar ajap dessanym, toý tutýar Garaşsyz Türkmenistanym» was held with participation of dastan bagshys.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused attention on the importance of due preparation and maintenance of a high level of the events planned for this year, the motto of which is «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers». The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet to continue work on development of international cultural cooperation and exploration of cultural heritage and restoration of historical and cultural monuments.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Turkmenistan B.Mammedov reported on results of the activity of subordinated structures for the January-March period of the current year.

As he informed, in the specified period work on education of perfect persons, modernisations of educational activity was conducted. With a view to discover the talented youth, along with the subject Olympiads, according to time realities on a regular basis competitions in robotics, scientific-creative projects are organised. The V open international Internet Olympiad in disciplines «Resistance of materials» and «Theoretical mechanics», VI Open international mathematical Olympiad were also held. Schoolchildren and student youth won 410 medals in international subject and Internet Olympiads.

During the considered period, complex measures were implemented to increase the scientific potential of the country and practical efficiency of research activity, introduction of innovative solutions in the sector of economy.

In the first quarter of the current year, in treatment and prophylactic establishments work on application of methods based on the advanced experience of prevention and treatment of diseases and innovative technologies in applied medicine continued.

At the expense of funds of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, various operations and treatment of sick children were performed. By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the «National strategy of development of the scientific-medical diplomacy for 2026-2052 in Turkmenistan” was approved and strategic vectors of international cooperation in this sphere were outlined.

In the specified period, measures were realised to develop physical culture and sports, international cooperation in this area. Sportsmen displayed good results in international competitions and won 123 medals.

On the occasion of the motto of the current year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers» scientific-practical conferences, various actions were organised.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused attention on the importance of conduction of productive work in the field of science, education, public health services and sports, wide use of possibilities of digital system in higher educational institutions and high schools, organisation of international competitions and Olympiads among schoolchildren and students.

The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to improve the activity of the sphere of public health services on a constant basis, to carry out corresponding work with a view of popularisation of the healthy way of life among the youth.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov reported on results of the activity of the Ministry for the January-March period of the current year.

As he marked, in the specified period, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs realised concrete steps with a view of implementation of the foreign policy of the President of Turkmenistan, fulfilment of goals and instructions of the head of the state to strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations of our independent, permanent neutral fatherland with countries of the world and the international organisations.

As known, in development of international cooperation, a great significance is attached to visits and summits. It was in this connection informed that in February of this year the visit of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag to the United States of America, and in March – to the People’s Republic of China took place.

At present, the national diplomatic service together with foreign policy departments of different states conducts corresponding work on the organisation of visits to foreign countries of the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag in 2026.

Development of interaction with authoritative international organisations acts as one of the important areas of the foreign policy strategy of our fatherland. In this connection, the visit of the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to our country on March 17-19 and – visit of the Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) on January 21-23 took place.

During the accounting period, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs our state was visited in general by 158 foreign delegations, 265 delegations were sent from Turkmenistan abroad.

For the January-March period of this year, 122 online meetings of various levels were held. 520 official negotiations and meetings in Turkmenistan together with foreign states and international organisations were also organized. The contract-legal basis of the international relations of our country was replenished with 30 documents.

As he reported, corresponding work is carried out to carry out political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country and foreign policy departments of other states. So, during the considered period, political consultations at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Austrian Republic, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the People’s Republic of China took place.

Besides it, in the specified period, negotiations with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Secretary General of International Maritime Organization were carried on.

Along with it, in the January-March period, consultations of foreign policy departments of the Republic of India, Kingdom of Morocco, the Russian Federation, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Zimbabwe, the Azerbaijan Republic and Republic of Uganda were held.

One more important vector of the foreign policy activity of neutral Turkmenistan is development of diplomatic relations through embassies of foreign countries.

Due work was also carried out to strengthening relations with countries of the Near East. In the given context, he informed that during the accounting period, in our country diplomatic representatives of the Republic of Iraq started to work.

For the January-March period of 2026, credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chad to Turkmenistan were received.

Along with it, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Thailand as well as permanent representatives of Turkmenistan to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and International Renewable Energy Agency, who have officially started their duties, handed their credentials.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan realises the foreign policy aimed at maintenance of general well-being and consistently develops equal rights and mutually beneficial cooperation with all countries and international organisations. In this connection, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs to continue work on expansion of relations in political-diplomatic, trade and economic, cultural-humanitarian and scientific-educational spheres with countries of the world and region.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annayev reported on results of the activity of the subordinate structure for the January-March period of 2026.

As he informed, the rate of increase of the executed work and rendered services in the transport-communication complex made up 114,1 percent.

The rate of increase of cargo transportation, which was carried out by means of automobile, railway, air, sea and river transport, reached 102,7 percent, and passenger transportation - 102,9 percent.

For the considered period, the rate of increase of the rendered services by the Ministry of Railway Transport reached 106,9 percent, by the Ministry of Motor Transport - 125 percent, by Public Service «Türkmenhowaýollary» - 117,4 percent, by Public Service of Marine and River Transport - 108,3 percent and by the Ministry of Communications - 114 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that the transport-communication complex is one of the key sectors of economy. In that connection, an emphasis was made on the necessity of adoption of proper measures to increase the volume of passenger and cargo transportation. The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to continue introduction of system of interdepartmental exchange by the electronic data and to use fully the potential of International seaport of Turkmenbashi.

Then, addressing members of the Cabinet, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov with satisfaction stated that following the results of the work executed for three months of the current year, good indicators were reached, the programs aimed at development of the country are successfully realised, transformations in all branches of economy are effectively realised and industrial sectors are consistently modernised.

As the head of the state noted, the rate of increase of GDP in the specified period made up 6,3 percent.

At the same time, in Turkmenistan construction of large industrial projects, new settlements, apartment houses, schools, kindergartens and other objects proceeds, the head of the state said and noticed that one should carry out an effective work aimed at the further development of the country, realisation of the adopted programs.

Further, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that on April 7, Turkmenistan will mark World Health Day widely. The country attaches a great significance to development of sports and wide introduction of principles of active way of life in society.

Today, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, at which the work of military and law enforcement bodies for three months of the current year was summed up. Issues of security and tranquillity in our independent state, the strengthening of the material and technical basis of security structures and further improvement of their activity were considered.

Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence B.Gundogdyev who reported on the work carried out from the beginning of the year with a view of successful solution of the goals defined in the Program of development of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, was the first to take the floor at the meeting. In addition, he reported on adopted measures to improve conditions of service and life of defenders of our fatherland, professional skill of officers as well as the course of transfer servicemen who serve by conscription to the reserve and the next conscription of citizens to military service.

Having heard the report, the head of the state emphasised the significance of further modernisation of the Armed Forces and consolidation of their material and technical basis to strengthen the defensibility of the country according to realities of the time.

The President of Turkmenistan also instructed the Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence to ensure a well-organised conduction of call-up of citizens and transfer of military men who serve by conscription to the reserve.

General Public Attorney B.Muhamedov reported on the work realized for the January-March period of the current year, including implementation of supervision over observance of national legislation as well as the course of introduction of digital system in subordinated body and realised measures to increase professionalism of employees.

Having heard the report, the head of the state pointed out that one should hold in issues connected with enhancement of legislation, law and order in the country in the centre of constant attention. Having underlined the importance of realisation and further proper public prosecutor's inspection of execution of laws and observance of the rights of citizens, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan gave the Public Prosecutor a number of concrete instructions to that respect.

Then, Minister of Internal Affairs M.Khydyrov reported on results of the work implemented by subordinate bodies for three months of the current year, practical steps realized to maintain public order in the country and to observe fire prevention rules and prevention of road and transport accidents.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the further necessity to take the measures aimed at maintenance of public order, prevention of offences. Having emphasised the significance of strict control over observance of rules of road safety and fire protection regulations, the head of the state gave the minister a number of concrete instructions to that end.

Chairman of the Supreme Court B.Khojamgulyev reported on results of the work implemented by the department for three months of 2026 and concrete steps taken to organise judicial activity according to requirements of the time and improve the professional skill of employees.

Having heard the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country marked the importance of effective continuation of work on protection of interests of the state and society, maintenance of the rights of citizens. In that connection, the head of Turkmenistan instructed him to hold issues of modernisation of the national judicial system and perfection of professional knowledge of judges in the centre of constant attention and gave the head of the Supreme Court a number of concrete instructions.

Minister of National Security D.Meredov reported on the work realized for the January-March of this year, and course of fulfilment of the Program of development of the supervised structure.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to take further productive measures to ensure security and protection of national interests of the country.

Then, the head of the State Border Service I.Ilamanov reported on results of the work carried out from the beginning of the year for reliable protection of sacred boundaries of our fatherland and the strengthening of the material and technical basis of frontier troops as well as fulfilment of instructions, given earlier by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the frontier of Turkmenistan is the border of friendship and brotherhood and instructed to continue effective work to strengthen protection of boundaries of our fatherland and modernisation of the material and technical basis of frontier troops.

Minister of Adalat M.Taganov reported on results of the work executed by the supervised structure for the January-March period of the current year to improve the legislative basis of the country and course of realisation of the Program of development of the department.

Having heard the report, the head of the state gave the minister a number of concrete instructions connected with continuation of work to bring the national legal system into conformity with the international standards, to render legal aid and explain legislation.

Chairman of the State Customs Service M.Khudaykuliyev reported on the results of the activity for the specified period, including adopted measures to introduce modern methods and high technologies in the work of structural divisions.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that one should keep fulfilment of customs procedures under control at high level, according to the international norms and national legislation and gave a number of concrete instructions, concerning continuation of the work in that respect.

Chairman of the State Migration Service A.Sazakov reported on results of the activity of the supervised department for the January-March period of 2026 as well as the adopted measures for strengthening the material and technical basis of the department and successful implementation of the corresponding Program of development.

Having heard the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country focused attention on the importance of perfection of work of migration service and gave the head of the Service concrete instructions, concerning constant control over observance of the migration legislation.

Addressing participants of the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that according to the Military doctrine, which bears mainly a defensive character, the complex measures aimed at maintenance of security and territorial integrity of our independent at high level, our permanent neutral fatherland, strengthening of its defensibility, improvement of social living conditions of military men and members of their families are taken. As was underlined, proper work in the given sphere will be continued.

At the meeting of the State Security Council, a number of other issues, on which corresponding decisions were made, were considered.
