Representatives of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan participated to XI Nevsky International Ecological Congress held in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation via online on May 22-23, 2025.

This Congress has the motto «Planet Earth: Living in Harmony with Nature». Nevsky International Ecological Congress is organizing since 2008 in St. Petersburg. 

In its platform discusses issues such as strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation in ensuring environmental safety and harmonizing environmental legislation of countries, promoting healthy lifestyles, improving educational activities and inform the population in this area, and establishing an international agenda related to environmental safety policy in cooperation with specialized UN agencies.

During the Ecological Congress, sessions held on topics such as food security under the faced climate change, cooperation for the future in the Caspian Sea, and the ecology of large cities.

The representative of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan had a floor and noted our country’s work carried out to ensure the ecological well-being, including the positive initiatives it is putting forward in the field of water diplomacy.

Representative of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan participated to the multilateral conference and first dialogue entitled «Circular Economy in Central Asia: A New Phase of Regional Dialogue» on 22–23 May 2025 organized by the CAREC in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. 

This regional meeting aims to promote the development of sustainable production and consumption, includes discussing circular economy development strategies and relevant legislative support, as well as expanding parliamentary cooperation in this area.

Representative of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan took floor and informed about the works and positive initiatives our country is taking in this area.

As part of the working visit to the People's Republic of China, Delegation led by the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan held comprehensive meeting with the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Zhao Leji.

During the meeting, the significance of the adoption of the United Nations General Assembly Resolutions «2025 - The Year of International Peace and Confidence» and «The Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan» by the initiatives of Turkmenistan was emphasized, and the Turkmen side expressed gratitude to the People's Republic of China for supporting these initiatives of Turkmenistan.

The mutual support of Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China for their initiatives on the stage of the United Nations and the importance of the friendly relations established at the highest level were particularly emphasized.

In this regard, special attention has paid to the results of bilateral agreements reached in various fields during the meeting of the Leaders of the two countries during the visit of the Honorable President of Turkmenistan to the People's Republic of China. By this, the issues of cooperation at the parliamentary level in the «Central Asia - China» format, as well as the establishment of the «Central Asia - China» Inter-Parliamentary Council in the future and holding a joint forum «Turkmenistan - China: Women and Youth» were discussed.

During the conversation, the importance of improving the work of parliamentary friendship groups, intensifying relations between related committees, young and women parliamentarians, and joint activities will contribute to the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries aimed at holding meetings and conferences at the parliamentary level was emphasized.

At the meeting, the host side expressed their readiness to further expanding the scope of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China in such areas as science-education, healthcare, and agriculture.

Ms. D. Gulmanova expressed confidence that the meetings and talks during the visit will contribute to further strengthening bilateral inter-parliamentary relations. She also stated that Turkmenistan highly values ​​inter-parliamentary relations with the People's Republic of China and is ready to further developing them in all areas.

The Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan renowned her hope to participating the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Mr. Zhao Leji in international events to be held in our country in honor of the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality will be celebrated in the «2025 – International Year of Peace and Trust».

On May 23, 2025, the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan meets with Mr. Han Zheng, Vice President of the People's Republic of China, as part of his working visit to the People's Republic of China.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the unanimous adoption of the Resolution of the United Nations General Assembly, initiated by Turkmenistan, entitled «2025 - The Year of International Peace and Trust» and the third time recognizing the legal status of the Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan. At the same time, the importance of Turkmenistan's neutrality, aimed at developing equal cooperation with all countries, trusting dialogues and peaceful initiatives has emphasized.

The Turkmen side has noted historical roots, cultural, and spiritual traditions connects the nations of the two countries through the ancient Great Silk Road, and nowadays thanks to the efforts of the Heads of State in political-diplomatic, commercial-economic, cultural-humanitarian relations have successfully developed and enriched with new content based on mutual respect, trust and equality.

During the dialogues, cooperation between the two States in the field of international law plays a significant role in the further development of large-scale, equal and mutually beneficial relations between Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China. These relations contribute to further strengthening friendship and fraternity between peoples and supporting inter-state relations through parliamentary diplomacy has accented.

On May 22, 2025, Delegation led by the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan paid visit to the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation in Beijing as part of a working visit to the People's Republic of China.

They have informed on the work of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation to improve children's health at the Center.

Deputy Chairperson of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation Ms. Shen Beili has participated in the international conference entitled «Year of Peace and Trust: Development of International Activities for the Sake of Children » was held in Arkadag city on the occasion of the 4th Anniversary of the establishment of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship in March of this year.

During the acquaintance with the work of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, host side highly evaluated the work of the the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship in Turkmenistan and emphasized the possibilities of bilateral cooperation in the future.

Supporting Turkmen-Chinese relations are being established in various areas and are looking to the long-term future, has a positive impact on the continuous development of friendly relations at the parliamentary level has also noted.

Based on the legal status of Permanent Neutrality with the aim of conveying to the international community the peace-loving, humanitarian State policy pursued by our country; its globally significant and implemented initiatives in the interest of nation; developing inter-parliamentary relations between Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China; working visit of a turkmen delegation led by the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan has started to Beijing, the People's Republic of China, on May 25, 2025.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahalliyev and khyakims of the velayats to consider issues related to the country’s agricultural sector and the work carried out in the regions.

The first to speak was the khyakim of the Ahal velayat T. Nurmyradov, who reported on the progress of the current seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region.

As reported, all necessary organizational measures have been taken to prepare for the grain harvest. At the same time, preparations are underway to collect seed wheat.

Inter-row cultivation, thinning and weeding are carried out in the cotton fields of the velayat with the effective use of agricultural machinery.

At the same time, the delivery of cocoons obtained during the harvesting season to collection points continues.

In accordance with agro-technical standards, the region is caring for vegetable and melon crops and harvesting ripened crops.

Information was provided on preparations for the ceremonial events on the occasion of the end of the school year and the Last Bell Ceremony on May 25.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the need to comply with agricultural standards during seasonal agricultural work, the effective use of agricultural machinery, giving the khyakim a number of instructions in this regard.

Then the floor was given to the khyakim of the Balkan velayat H.Ashyrmyradov.

Expressing sincere gratitude to the President of the country and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, for the opportunity to visit the Gulistan province of the Islamic Republic of Iran on a working visit from May 14 to 16, during which issues of strengthening cooperation within the framework of the Memorandum on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Gulistan province of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Balkan velayat were discussed, the khyakim wished them good health, long life and further success in their noble activities for the benefit of the country and the people.

Then the head of the regional administration reported on the pace of seasonal agricultural work in the Balkan velayat.

As noted, preparations are currently underway for the harvest and subsequent storage of seed grain in accordance with the requirements.

In the fields sown with cotton, inter-row cultivation, thinning and weeding are carried out. At the same time, agricultural machinery is used at full capacity.

The region continues to hand over and deliver cocoons obtained during the harvesting season to collection points.

Guided by the set tasks to increase the volume of production of vegetable and melon crops in the country, care is currently being carried out, as well as harvesting of the grown crop.

In addition, the khyakim reported on the preparations for the Last Bell Ceremony in the region’s comprehensive schools.

Summarizing the report, the President of the country emphasized that strict adherence to agricultural technology standards at all stages of agricultural production is one of the main conditions for obtaining a rich and high-quality harvest, as well as effective farming, giving the khyakim relevant instructions in this regard.

Then, the khyakim of the Dashoguz velayat D. Babayev reported on the dynamics of seasonal agricultural work in the region.

As noted, in order to organize the harvesting of grain, preparations are currently underway for receiving points, grain harvesters and other equipment.

Inter-row cultivation, weeding and thinning are carried out in the cotton fields of the velayat, while agricultural machinery is effectively used.

Rice planting continues, and the necessary measures are being taken to complete it on time.

At the same time, tenant silk growers in the region are making efforts to properly care for the silkworm.

In accordance with agro-technical standards, spring potatoes and other vegetable and melon crops are being cared for.

It was informed on the preparations in the velayat for the high-level Last Bell Ceremony on May 25.

Having heard the report, the President identified proper care of cotton and thorough preparation for the wheat harvest season among the priority tasks, addressing a number of specific instructions to the khyakim in this regard.

Then, the khyakim of the Lebap velayat M. Annanepesov reported on the dynamics of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

As reported, preparations for the grain harvest are in the final stage.

Agro-technical care is carried out in the fields after sowing cotton, and in areas where seedlings have emerged, inter-row cultivation, thinning and weeding are carried out. At the same time, the appropriate equipment is effectively used at all stages.

At the same time, guided by the tasks set by the head of state to maintain food abundance in the domestic market, proper care of spring potato crops and other vegetable and melon crops continues.

It was also reported on the preparation for the organized holding of the Last Bell Ceremony on the occasion of the end of the 2024-2025 academic year.

Summarizing the information provided and focusing on the importance of the current agricultural campaigns, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to ensure their high-quality completion, in particular, care for cotton, and optimal preparation for the upcoming grain harvesting season.

Further, the khyakim of the Mary velayat B. Orazov reported on the pace of seasonal work in the fields.

It was reported that efforts are being made in the region to organize the upcoming grain harvesting campaign. In this regard, it was reported that grain receiving facilities, in particular elevators, as well as combines, transport and other equipment, are ready for the season. In addition, everything necessary is being done to ensure the full collection and subsequent storage of seed grain in accordance with the requirements.

These days, inter-row cultivation, weeding and thinning with the use of appropriate equipment are continuing in the areas sown with cotton.

At the same time, the collection and delivery of prepared silkworm cocoons to the state is in full swing.

Measures are being taken to properly care for spring potato crops, other vegetable and melon crops, and the harvest of ripened crops continues.

In addition, it was informed about the preparatory work for the organized holding of the upcoming Last Bell ceremony on May 25.

After hearing the report, the head of state ordered to qualitatively complete the care of the cotton fields, effectively using the necessary agricultural machinery, and also to ensure an organized start to the grain harvest.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahalliyev reported on the progress of seasonal work in the country’s agricultural sector.

As reported, grain receiving facilities, including elevators, and a fleet of vehicles for transporting crops from the fields have been prepared for the upcoming grain harvesting campaign. Preparations for the collection of seed grain and its subsequent storage in accordance with the established requirements are also ongoing.

At the same time, inter-row cultivation, weeding and fertilizing with minerals are carried out in the areas sown with cotton: the entire process is coordinated and carried out with the effective use of agricultural machinery and units.

Rice planting continues in the Dashoguz velayat. 

Along with this, the regions are systematically collecting the prepared silkworm cocoons and then handing them over to the state.

In addition, in order to obtain a high yield of potatoes, other vegetables and melons, crops are cared for and ripe crops are harvested on agricultural lands.

Summarizing the information presented and emphasizing the importance of the successful implementation of reforms in the agricultural sector, as well as a comprehensive solution to the problems of its development in accordance with the requirements of the time and using innovative solutions, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to keep the quality of current field work under constant control.

Addressing the participants of the working meeting, the head of state focused on the upcoming grain harvesting campaign. In this regard, the need for comprehensive preparation and its organized implementation was emphasized.

At the same time, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to strictly control the care of cotton – inter-row cultivation, thinning and weeding – in compliance with agricultural technology standards, as well as measures to ensure the efficient use of agricultural machinery and units. It was also instructed to optimally prepare for the collection and transportation of seed grain from the fields for subsequent storage.

The head of state also emphasized the need to complete rice planting in the Dashoguz velayat in accordance with the agricultural calendar, as well as to ensure the efficient procurement of silkworm cocoons by region. Along with this, the importance of timely settlements for the work done between cotton and grain producers and service departments and enterprises was emphasized.

Separate instructions concerned control over measures to care for potato crops and other vegetable and melon crops and the harvesting of ripened crops, as well as proper preparation for the organized holding of the Last Bell ceremony in general education institutions on May 25. 

Concluding the working meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and great success in their work.

Today, independent neutral Turkmenistan celebrates a major national holiday – the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag, symbolising the sovereignty of the Fatherland and the indestructible unity of our people.

The epicentre of the celebrations was the Turkmen capital, where, with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, flower-laying ceremonies were held at the Monument to the Constitution and the Main Flag of the country.

It is noteworthy that the current year, marked by the 30th anniversary of acquiring permanent neutral status, is held under the motto «International Year of Peace and Trust». At the 61st plenary meeting of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly held on the 21st of March, 2025, the Resolution «Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan» was adopted for the third time. And this is another wonderful reason for our pride in our independent Fatherland, Constitution and State Flag.

In the congratulatory Address of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the people of the country on the occasion of the celebration of the significant date, it is emphasised that the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan are symbols of the national statehood that has been formed over hundreds of years. They are an inexhaustible source of pride, honor and dignity of the people, the embodiment of its great achievements and prosperity, authority on the world stage.

We honour the Basic Law and the green Banner as sacred objects that increase love for the native land, the desire for creative work. Today, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, they inspire us to create a bright future.

...From early morning, at the majestic Monument to the Constitution, towering against the picturesque backdrop of the ancient Kopetdag mountains, festive events began, reflecting the essence of the great transformations carried out in our native land. Our compatriots have a special attitude to this holiday. It unites and educates generations in the spirit of high patriotism, inspiring and increasing the creative energy of the people.

Among the participants of the celebration are the Chairperson of the Mejlis, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads and representatives of ministries and departments, military and law enforcement agencies, public organisations, diplomatic missions and international organisations accredited in our country, mass media, honourary elders and gray-haired mothers, student youth, numerous residents of the capital.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov walks along the carpet, along which the defenders of the Fatherland are lined up. The representatives of the younger generation hold the State Flags of Turkmenistan.

Arkadagly Hero Serdar lays a wreath at the foot of the Monument to the Constitution, which personifies the inviolability of the state foundations of the sovereign Fatherland, its democratic foundations and centuries-old traditions of democracy, which have now received a worthy continuation.

It is no coincidence that the preamble, containing the core idea of the Basic Law, reflects the idea of the spiritual heritage of our ancestors, who bequeathed to their descendants as a sacred thing love and devotion to the Fatherland, faith in goodness and justice. Therefore, today the Turkmen people, celebrating this significant date, pay tribute and respect to wise covenants, realising the greatness of their ancient history.

Wreaths and bouquets of flowers are laid after the head of Turkmenistan by the Chairperson of he Mejlis, members of the Government, heads of military and law enforcement agencies, ministries and departments, honourary elders, representatives of public organisations, as well as all participants in the celebration.

The monument erected in honour of the Basic Law of Turkmenistan is a unique embodiment of the strength of the foundations of our democratic, legal, secular state, pride in our beloved Fatherland, the indestructible unity and cohesion of the Turkmen people, their readiness for great achievements in the name of strengthening and increasing the authority and glory of the country, symbolising its power and prosperity.

The vision of a model of sustainable integrated development of society in the 21st century of a socially oriented and socially responsible type determined the main principle of Turkmenistan's policy «The state is for the person!», as well as the motto «The Motherland is the Motherland only with the people! The state is the state only with the people!».

The Constitution of Turkmenistan proclaims a person as the highest value of society and the state, which ensures the creation of conditions for the free development of the individual, protects life, honour, dignity and freedom, personal inviolability, natural and inalienable rights of a citizen. This determines the general direction of the legislative activity of the Mejlis. Based on the provisions of the Constitution, a number of laws have been adopted in the country, where constitutional norms have received their further development and guarantees.

In the year of celebrating the glorious 30th anniversary of the neutrality of the Fatherland, we have the right to be proud of the high successes of the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan, which were achieved thanks to the people's support for the balanced domestic and foreign policy of the state, its active participation in the comprehensive and deep reform of society.

Soon, the foot of the majestic Monument is covered with a huge fragrant carpet of bright flowers, reflecting the full depth of patriotic feelings experienced by the Turkmen people.

After the flower-laying ceremony at the Monument to the Constitution, the celebrations moved to the part of the capital where the flagpole with the Main Flag of the country is installed.

The green Banner of the Fatherland, proudly fluttering in the boundless sky, is the embodiment of the age-old dream of the Turkmen about statehood, their unwavering commitment to the ideals of peace, creation, humanism and goodness, the inviolability of the foundations of independence and sovereignty of the Motherland.

High flagpoles with fluttering green banners erected in the city of Arkadag, regional centres and the «Avaza» National Tourist Zone are also a clear evidence of our people's deep respect for the Flag and its veneration as a sacred object.

Today, the State Flag of Turkmenistan is well known throughout the world, embodying the key directions of our country's foreign policy, built on the principles of positive neutrality, good neighbourliness, friendly relations and constructive cooperation in the regional and global dimensions. This far-sighted innovative strategy, initiated and consistently implemented by the head of state, has led to the ever-growing authority of the Fatherland in the international arena.

With the acquisition of permanent neutrality status by Turkmenistan in 1995, the green Banner was forever decorated with two intertwined olive branches, personifying the centuries-old traditions of peacefulness of our people. Today, the State Flag, which has become a symbol of the policy of humanism and peacefulness of our country, proudly flutters in front of the headquarters of the United Nations and other major international organisations in many countries of the world.

Under the shadow of the sacred Banner, unprecedented in their scale transformations and reforms are successfully carried out in the Fatherland in the modern epoch, high levels are being achieved in all spheres of life. The appearance of the white-marble capital, all our cities and villages is rapidly being updated, the economic power of the Motherland is strengthening and growing, the standard and quality of life of the Turkmen people are improving.

At the end of the solemn ceremony, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having warmly bid farewell to its participants, left the scene of the event.

Today, festive events were held throughout the country to mark the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, in which the best artists, musical and dance ensembles, and folklore groups took part.

On this day, beautiful songs were heard everywhere, glorifying the independent neutral Fatherland, the unity and solidarity of the people, under the leadership of the President of the country, moving towards new frontiers of progress in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

Конституция и Государственный флаг Туркменистана являются символами формировавшейся в течение сотен лет национальной государственности. В них – неиссякаемый источник гордости, чести и достоинства народа, воплощение его великих свершений и благоденствия, авторитета на мировой арене. Основной Закон и зелёный Стяг мы почитаем как святыни, что приумножают любовь к родной земле, стремление к созидательному труду. Сегодня, в эру Возрождения новой эпохи могущественного государства, они воодушевляют нас на созидание светлого будущего. Под сенью зелёного Стяга мы, опираясь на Основной Закон, вобравший национальную и мировую практику государственного и политического устройства, общечеловеческие ценности, продолжаем демократизацию государственной и общественной жизни нашей страны. Вместе с тем нами успешно проводятся масштабные реформы во имя счастливой жизни родного народа, благополучия и процветания суверенной Отчизны. Реализуя национальные программы ради светлого будущего Родины, мы достигаем признанных на международном уровне высоких показателей экономического роста. Воплощая в жизнь вторую очередь застройки города государственного значения – Аркадаг, проекты строительства в регионах современных сёл и посёлков, малых, средних и крупных промышленных производств, высокоскоростных автотрасс, мы значительно повышаем авторитет Туркменистана, где царят процветание и счастье, кипит созидательная работа, сбываются мечты. Руководствуясь принципами и целями постоянного нейтралитета, статус которого трижды признан Организацией Объединённых Наций и закреплён в Конституции, мы налаживаем многоплановое сотрудничество с иностранными государствами и международными структурами. Наряду с этим исходя из наработанного ценного опыта в деле наращивания новых конструктивных направлений взаимодействия, нами последовательно укрепляется позиция Отчизны на глобальной арене. Сегодня мировое сообщество с большим уважением относится к значимой роли нашего государства в системе международных отношений и активно поддерживает выдвигаемые им инициативы по актуальным вопросам. Резолюция «О постоянном нейтралитете Туркменистана», принятая 21 марта 2025 года на 61-м пленарном заседании 79-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи Организации Объединённых Наций, продемонстрировала наши усилия по утверждению мира и дружбы. Это также открыло новые перспективы для международного диалога в области политики, экономики, в культурно-гуманитарной сфере. В будущем наша наивысшая цель – всестороннее укрепление позиции демократического, правового и светского государства в международном развитии, а также мира и дружбы на Земле.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the agenda of which included a number of issues of state life.

Chairwoman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova, who informed on the activities carried out to further improve the legislative framework, took the first floor. 

As she informed, with a view of legal support of the goals following from programs adopted in the country, at present, on the basis of proposals received from ministries and sectoral departments, the bills concerning various spheres of economic, political and cultural life of the state are developed.

At the same time, work on development of relations with parliaments of foreign countries and international organisations is also carried out. So, during the period under consideration, deputies of the Mejlis took part in the online events, in particular, in the forum of the Federation Council of Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation, which was  devoted to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 as well as in the meeting held with members of the Turkmen-Saudi inter-parliamentary group of friendship. Besides it, a representative of the national parliament made a business trip to the city of Istanbul (Republic of Turkiye) for participation in the regional seminar of young specialists in strategic planning, organised by the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat.

Summing up the information, head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out the importance of conduction of an effective work to further improve the legislative system of the country and preparation of new bills.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Kh.Geldimyradov reported on fulfilment of the instruction of the head of Turkmenistan on preparation of the draft of the Resolution «On development of the State budget for 2026» with a view of timely development of the main financial plan, basic areas of social and economic development of our fatherland and the investment program for the forthcoming year.

As he reported, the given document outlined the procedure and terms of preparation of corresponding calculations and data for the State budget by ministries, sectoral departments and khyakimliks. In development of the State budget and financial and economic indicators for the forthcoming year, it is planned to start with the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country for 2022-2028», real possibilities and expected estimated indicators.

Maintenance of macroeconomic stability and financial, monetary and credit system, dynamical development of branches of economy and continuation of large-scale transformations, application of the basic part of investments into new manufactures, introduction of digital system and high technologies in spheres, development of favourable business environment and development of private business, further increase of social standards of living of the population were defined as overall objectives for  the next year.

Further, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted the draft of the corresponding document for consideration of the head of Turkmenistan.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov with a view of further social and economic development of the country for the next year, signed the document on development of the State budget of Turkmenistan for 2026 and having sent the document online, gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet corresponding instructions.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Amanov reported on the activity of the sector under his supervision, in particular, «Türkmengaz» State Concern.

As he informed, necessary work is carried out to widely introduction of digital system at large industrial enterprises and management of these enterprises according to the international practice that allows carrying out control and effectively co-ordinate drilling activities, extraction of natural gas and direction of its stream into operating uniform pipeline system and daily consumption.

In this regard, a relevant proposal was submitted for consideration of the head of the state. 

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that a great significance is attached to uninterrupted supply of the population of the country, industrial enterprises and social projects with natural gas. In the given context, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to strengthen control over production of natural gas by «Türkmengaz» State Concern, its delivery and maintenance of consumers with it.

 Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the activity of the agricultural complex and course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in velayats of the country.

As he reported, in the fields sown with wheat, cultivation activities are at the closing stage according to agro-technical standards. With a view of well-organised preparation for the grain-harvesting season, corresponding measures are undertaken.

In cotton fields inter-row cultivation, weeding and thinning are carried out.

For increase in volumes of production of potato and vegetables and gourds, maintenance of the population with this produces, care of spring crops is provided in agricultural fields of the country.

Along with these activities, in Dashoguz velayat the rice sowing proceeds. 

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the necessity of adoption of measures on further development of the agricultural branch.

He also underlined the importance of care of the fields sown with cotton in regions according to agro-technical standards by effective involvement of agricultural machinery and equipment. Along with appropriate care by wheat crops, it is important to prepare properly for the grain harvesting, the head of the state said and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet a number of instructions to that end.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annamammedov reported on preparation carried out for the XXIV universal international exhibition and conference « White City Ashgabat», timed to Ashgabat City Day.

As he informed, local and foreign companies, enterprises and establishments, entrepreneurs and businessmen of the country will take part in their work. On the margins of the events, it is planned to acquaint with the unique shape of the capital and reached successes in national economy as well as to organise bilateral meetings between heads and representatives of corresponding ministries and sectoral departments of Turkmenistan and foreign firms.

It will create a possibility for demonstration of modern machinery and technologies, exchange of experience with foreign partners as well as establishment of new business contacts.

He also reported that on the occasion of the holiday the awarding ceremony of distinguished workers of the construction and industrial complex with costly presents on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan and organisation of other cultural events are planned.

In this connection, for consideration of the head of the state a relevant proposal was submitted.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out the necessity of appropriate preparation and maintenance of high level pf the ХХIV universal international exhibition and conference «Ak şäherim Aşgabat», planned to be held on May 24-25 of the current year as well as cultural events to be organised in honour of Ashgabat City Day. In this connection, a number of concrete instructions were given to the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet   N.Atagulyev took the floor and before his  report, he informed that Turkmenistan, along with 12 states of the world took part in the international exhibition «RussianHalalEXPO», organised on the sidelines of the international economic forum «Russia - Islamic world: KazanForum-2025» in Kazan city of the Republic of Tatarstan on May 15-16 of the current year and displayed its national pavilion, which evoked a huge interest in visitors. In this connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet expressed warm gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag for the possibility to representatives of our country to take part in such representative exhibition.

Then, he reported on preparation for celebrations, which will pass in honour of the holiday of the Turkmen carpet.

As he reported, on the occasion of the significant day, the exhibition of carpets and carpet products will be organised, on its margins the ceremony of awarding of distinguished carpet weavers and other workers who have made a worthy contribution to development and perfection of national carpet weaving art and have been presented with the honorary title «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan halyçysy».

It is also expected to hold the XXV conference of the World Turkmen Carpet Connoisseurs Association with participation of famous experts of carpets of the world, scientists and specialists.

In this connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet   submitted a relevant proposal for consideration of the head of Turkmenistan.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that in our country a special significance is given to development and perfection of carpet making art. The head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet   to provide a high level of the actions timed to the holiday of the Turkmen carpet as well as the exhibition of carpet products and conference of the World Turkmen Carpet Connoisseurs Association.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet   B.Seyidova reported on festivals to be held in the capital.

As she  informed, on May, 19-21 of this year with a view of wide popularisation of national values, mutual enrichment of cultures, the international festival «World melody», on May 29-31 – the song and music festival «Melody of the world, melody of friendship, brotherhood» will take place. On their margins, it is planned to organise concerts, creative meetings and master classes and excursions for guests to cultural centres and sights of the capital.

In this regard, for consideration of the head of the state a relevant proposal was submitted.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that in the country on a constant basis the various events connected with the International year of peace and trust are carried out. In the given context, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet   to prepare properly for the international festival «World Melody» and the song and music festival «Melody of the world, melody of friendship, brotherhood» the youth symphonic orchestra and joint children's chorus and provide their high organizational level.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet   B.Orazdurdyeva reported on preparation for the celebration «Last call» on the occasion of the end of 2024-2025 and the events timed to Ashgabat City Day.

As she reported, in honour of the end of the academic year in the International year of peace and trust, and Ashgabat City Day it is expected to hold ceremonies of flower laying at the Independence Monument, sculptures of Berdimuhamed Annayev at the Pedagogical Secondary Vocational School named after Berdimuhamed Annayev in Arkadag city and secondary school № 27 named after Berdimuhamed Annayev in the settlement of Yzgant of Gokdepe etrap and on squares where main flagstaffs are installed in Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, Mary velayats on May 25.

Then, at all secondary schools of the country under the motto «International year of peace and trust» will take place the celebration «Last call». On behalf of the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag, memorable gifts will be handed to best graduates and professional educators. On the festive day, it is planned to organise walks of graduates in fine corners, cultural-entertaining centres of Ashgabat and Arkadag cities and velayats. Along with it, in honour of the holiday concerts of workers of art and culture are planned.

In this connection, for consideration of the head of the state a relevant proposal was submitted .

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of a high level of organization of the celebration «Last call» on the occasion of the end of the academic year and Ashgabat City Day with participation of school leavers of secondary schools and gave the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet   a number of instructions.

Then, she reported on preparation for organisation of summer holidays of children and teenagers.

As she informed, at present, in children's centres appropriate conditions for worthy leisure of young Turkmen nationals during the summer season are created. During vacations various cultural-mass and sports actions will be provided.

At the same time, in the Ministry of Education it is planned to hold the meeting of the Commission on organisation of summer holidays of children and teenagers to discuss organizational issues.  

In this connection, Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet   submitted a relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

As the President of Turkmenistan noted, in the country all conditions fare created for the happy life and worthy rest of the younger generation. In the given context, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet   to provide worthy rest and useful leisure of children and teenagers in health centres located in Gökdere and Avaza national tourist zone and in velayats.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov who reported on results of the working visit of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag to the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, took the floor.

As he marked, as one of the priority vectors of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan consecutive development of relations with neighbouring states and countries-partners acts. The working visit of Hero-Arkadag to the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation with a view of participation in the XVI international economic forum «Russia - Islamic world: KazanForum», which took place on May 16 of the current year, can serve a visual example for it.   

Speaking at the forum, the National Leader of the Turkmen people touched upon important issues  of the modern period in the Islamic world, having noted in this connection necessity of formation of a uniform energy, transport and technological belt of Eurasia connecting the continent from the Asian-Pacific region to states of the Near East and Europe. In particular, he underlined that as a result of implementation of the given type of partnership, it will be possible to provide the shortest ways of delivery of energy carriers, the goods and services, thus, strengthening extensive spaces, powerful industrial and raw centres.

Such belt becomes a bridge of global interaction and as a whole, a positive impact on the trading-tariff policy and the atmosphere and development of all world economy.

In this connection, Hero-Arkadag pointed out that Turkmenistan in practice actively advances its strategy «Revival of the Great Silk road».

The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that in representation of Turkmenistan the major mission of the Islamic world consists in creation of as much as possible favourable conditions for joint activity with a view of further and sustainable economic development in global and continental dimensions. In the given context, our country proceeds from possibilities of effective use of diplomacy as tool for achievement of compatibility of interests, mutual understanding and comprehension of benefits and prospects of economic partnership by Islamic states.

Our country successfully realises these principles in practice. First of all, in realisation of large-scale and long-term energy, transport and infrastructural projects in Asia. Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI), lines of electrical supply and optic fibre communication by the route Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan, the railways connecting  Central and Southern Asia with the Near and Far East is a matter of construction of international projects such, as the gas pipeline.

In his speech, Hero-Arkadag attached special attention to food safety, having underlined importance of this problem and necessity of consolidation of efforts of Islamic states for its solution. Besides it, a great importance of cooperation between countries of the Islamic world in such key area as development of technologies was stated.

As he marked, results of the working visit of Hero-Arkadag to the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation will give a new impulse to further development of the Turkmen-Russian relations.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan attaches a great significance to expansion of relations with the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.

Participation of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag in the recent the international economic forum held in the Republic of Tatarstan also became a significant step to strengthen cooperation, the head of the state said and instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs to continue work on development of relations.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs reported on the work carried out to enhance partnership with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

As he reported, one of the key aspects of the foreign policy realised under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan is development of interaction with international and regional structures. Among them the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe with which our country carries out partnership on the basis of the annual plan in such areas as policy, economy, environment and humanitarian vector, also acts.

In this connection, a number of proposals aimed at development of relations between Turkmenistan and OSCE were prepared. Among them - necessary work for participation of the delegation of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan in the 32nd annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to be held on 29 June - 3 July of 2025 in the city of Porto of the Portugal. Within the given forum it is proposed to organise an event on the occasion of the International year of peace and trust and the 30th anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan.

Besides it, according to the invitation of the Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, on June 9 of the current year it is proposed to send the Turkmen delegation with a business trip to the city of Warsaw (Republic of Poland) with a view of conduction of bilateral meetings with heads and representatives of the Bureau, acquaintance with its activity and discussion of prospects of further interaction.

It is also proposed to carry out corresponding work for participation of the Turkmen delegation in the Forum of the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and heads of frontier services of countries of Central Asia, which will take place on June 18-19 in the city of Istanbul (Republic of Türkiye) and in its frameworks to state basic areas of work on security of borders of our country with the Organization.

Along with it, it is proposed to organise the regional conference on realisation of preventive diplomacy, the Agenda of Security council of the United Nations «Women, peace and security» and corresponding Resolution of Security Council in this area together with OSCE in Ashgabat city on May 27-28, 2025.

Having heard the report, the head of the state noted that neutral Turkmenistan gives particular attention to development of relations with international structures, including with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Our country also carries out productive interaction with this Organization. In this connection, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs was instructed to continue work to strengthen partnership.

Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the activity carried out to consolidate the material and technical basis of «Türkmendemirýollary» agency.

As he informed, at present, a great deal of work is carried out to develop turnover of goods and increase of transport-transit throughput of the national railway system that creates possibilities for strengthening of transport-transit potential of Turkmenistan, which possesses a favourable geographical location.

In this connection, the head of the state of Agency submitted a relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state. 

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that in the country a special significance is attached to increase of transport-transit throughput and development of turnover of goods of railway sphere. Having approved the proposal on strengthening of the material and technical basis of the given branch, the head of the state instructed the head of Agency to carry out necessary work.

Then, addressing members of the Cabinet, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that Constitution Day and Day of National flag of Turkmenistan on May 18 will be solemnly marked. This holiday will even more strengthen unity and coherence for further prosperity of our independent fatherland, the head of the state said and, taking an opportunity, warmly congratulated participants of the meeting and all Turkmen people with Day of the Constitution and National flag of Turkmenistan.

Concluding the regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and great successes in their work for prosperity of our sovereign fatherland.

Сегодня Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов совершил рабочую поездку в город Аркадаг, построенный на основе концепции «умный город» и сочетающий передовые технологии и принципы национальной архитектуры. Здесь Герой-Аркадаг ознакомился с проектами объектов, планируемых к строительству и реконструкции на территории нового города.

В рамках рабочей поездки Герой-Аркадаг встретился с директором постоянного представительства Азиатского банка развития (АБР) в Туркменистане – давним партнёром нашей страны.

В настоящее время неуклонно наращиваются темпы работ в рамках второй очереди застройки нового города, основанного по инициативе и благодаря неустанным усилиям Героя-Аркадага. К строительству социальных и производственных объектов в живописном уголке у подножья Копетдага подходят с высокой ответственностью и всесторонне. Особое значение здесь также придаётся реализации инвестиционных проектов.

Благодаря усилиям Героя-­Аркадага новый город впечатляет своей красотой. Это является ярким свидетельством того, что в нашей стране, уверенно следующей к новым высотам прогресса, градостроительная программа успешно осуществляется в соответствии с требованиями современности и принципами национальной архитектуры.

Ознакомившись с ходом работ в новом городе, Герой-Аркадаг рассмотрел различные виды скульптур и ограждений, которые планируется установить на территории возводимого парка. Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что согласно градостроительной программе, реализуемой в стране под руководством Президента Туркменистана, следует уделять особое внимание строительству и декоративным особенностям зданий нового города, а также его экологическому состоянию, и дал в этой связи ряд рекомендаций.

Затем Заслуженный архитектор Туркменистана Герой-Аркадаг ознакомился с представленными проектами зданий различного назначения, запланированных в рамках второго этапа строительства нового города, а также с видами солнечных панелей для выработки энергии из возобновляемых источников энергии и проектами реконструируемых объектов.

В этой связи председатель Государственного комитета по строительству города Аркадаг при Президенте Туркменистана Д.Оразов отчитался о динамике работ в рамках второй очереди застройки нового города, о запланированных новостройках.

Среди представленных проектов – проспект «Ahalteke atlar» с дорожными знаками, системами освещения и другими элементами, мечеть с её декоративными особенностями, железнодорожный и автовокзал, а также реконструируемый мост на проспекте Геоктепе.

Ознакомившись с проектами, Герой-Аркадаг высказал ряд замечаний и внёс соответствующие коррективы. Заслуженный архитектор Туркменистана Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул необходимость строи­тельства каждого социального объекта с учётом их профиля и надлежащего благоустройства прилегающих территорий. В частности, были высказаны замечания по поводу оформления моста.

В продолжение Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул необходимость учёта природных особенностей местности при проведении работ и строительстве в новом городе. При этом первостепенное значение следует придавать соответствию используемых материалов стандартам качества.

При подготовке проектов зданий, которые будут построены в городе Аркадаг, следует учитывать требования современной градостроительной программы и активно внедрять цифровые технологии. Как отмечалось, глава государства уделяет особое внимание использованию продуктов интеллектуальной собственности и эффективному внедрению цифровых технологий в строительстве и отделочных работах.

Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул важность ускорения темпов реализации второй очереди нового города и обеспечения своевременного ввода объектов в эксплуатацию. В то же время отмечалась необходимость должного оснащения производственных объектов нового города, а также привлечения инвестиций.

Затем Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов принял директора постоянного представительства АБР в Туркменистане Артура Андрисиака.

Глава постоянного представительства Азиатского банка развития в Туркменистане, выразив искреннюю признательность Герою-Аркадагу за уделённое время, подтвердил стремление АБР к расширению плодотворного сотрудничества с нашей страной. Как отмечалось, Туркменистан, обладающий огромным экономическим и ресурсным потенциалом и демонстрирующий высокие темпы развития, признан в мире как надёжный и ответственный партнёр.

Герой-Аркадаг, тепло поприветствовав главу авторитетной международной финансовой организации, подчеркнул, что Азиатский банк развития, как давний и надёжный партнёр Туркменистана, занимает особое место в контексте взаимоотношений с международными финансовыми институтами. Это свидетельствует о достойном вкладе крупной инвестиционной структуры в социально-экономическое развитие нашей страны.

Важное значение имеет Стратегия партнёрства с Туркменистаном на 2024–2028 годы, утверждённая Советом правления Азиатского банка развития и одобренная Правительством Туркменистана. Как отметил Герой-Аркадаг, данный документ является основой для дальнейшего развития двустороннего взаимодействия.

Стратегия предусматривает наращивание эффективного сотрудничества по трём ключевым направлениям: оказание содействия в переходе к климатически устойчивой «зелёной» экономике; повышение уровня конкурентоспособности посредством диверсификации, развитие частного предпринимательства и человеческого капитала; поддержка структурных и институциональных преобразований.

Герой-Аркадаг подтвердил готовность Правительства Туркменистана к тесному сотрудничеству с Азиатским банком развития в целях практической реализации данной Стратегии. Следует отметить, что до настоящего времени при непосредственном участии этой финансовой структуры в Туркменистане успешно реализованы два проекта в энергетической и железнодорожной отраслях.

Кроме того, подчеркнув, что АБР оказывает Туркменистану техническую помощь в различных отраслях на общую сумму 12 миллионов долларов США, Герой-Аркадаг акцентировал внимание на новых возможностях развития двусторонних связей. Таким образом, наша страна продолжает курс на совершенствование и индустриа­лизацию экономики, активное привлечение инвестиций, развитие систем экспортных поставок. В этой связи констатировалось стремление Туркменистана к расширению направлений сотрудничества с Азиатским банком развития.

Предстоящее подписание в городе Аркадаг Меморандума о взаимопонимании между Государственным комитетом по строительству города Аркадаг при Президенте Туркменистана и Азиатским банком развития глубоко символично. Данное соглашение призвано стимулировать наращивание темпов строительных работ в новом городе, где успешно завершён первый этап и динамично реализуется второй.

Глава постоянного представительства Азиатского банка развития в Туркменистане подчеркнул, что для АБР большая честь участвовать в инвестиционных проектах, осуществляемых в Туркменистане, следующем по пути гармоничного развития и обладающем значительным экономическим потенциалом, в частности, в инновационном городе Аркадаг, построенном на основе концепции «умный город».

А.Андрисиак также с гордостью подчеркнул, что в нынешнем году, объявленном по инициативе Туркменистана «Международным годом мира и доверия», исполняется 25 лет сотрудничеству между АБР и Туркменистаном. Как отмечалось, партнёрские отношения между Туркменистаном и АБР являются образцовыми.

Герой-Аркадаг выразил уверенность, что подписываемый сегодня документ откроет широкие возможности для эффективного сотрудничества в области возобновляемых источников энергии с целью внедрения энергосберегающих интеллектуальных технологий. Также Герой-Аркадаг, отметив важность партнёрства в достижении общих целей, подчеркнул, что будет оказана всесторонняя поддержка в реализации совместных инициатив и проектов, пожелав успехов руководителям и сотрудникам авторитетной международной финансовой структуры.

В этой связи, учитывая, что врач Аркадаг придаёт большое значение совершенствованию деятельности учреждений здравоохранения, было выдвинуто предложение об открытии здесь учебного центра для медсестёр медицинских учреждений, что является результатом успешной работы вице-президента по лечебной деятельности Благотворительного фонда по оказанию помощи нуждающимся в опеке детям имени Гурбангулы Бердымухамедова О.Атабаевой.

Герой-Аркадаг, высоко оценив уровень двусторонних отношений, отметил, что в результате сотрудничества реализуются проекты транспортной инфраструктуры, что способствует укреплению экономики страны и созданию новых рабочих мест. Это в свою очередь оказывает положительное влияние на повышение уровня жизни нашего народа и является ярким результатом достойного вклада авторитетной финансовой структуры в возрождение в новом формате Великого Шёлкового пути.

В завершение встречи Герой-Аркадаг и глава постоянного представительства АБР в Туркменистане выразили уверенность в дальнейшем успешном развитии двустороннего сотрудничества, реализации перспективных высокотехнологичных проектов, которые будут способствовать гармоничному развитию страны.

Затем здесь при участии Героя-Аркадага был подписан Меморандум о взаимопонимании между Государственным комитетом по строительству города Аркадаг при Президенте Туркменистана и Азиатским банком развития.

Подписанный документ нацелен на сотрудничество в области развития энергетической, водной и градостроительной отраслей в городе Аркадаг, построенном в соответствии с концепцией «умного и зелёного города» с применением современных передовых технологий и цифровых решений. Вместе с тем Меморандумом предусмотрены меры по внедрению соответствующих технологий, в частности, экономии воды и энергии, развитию возобновляемых источников энергии и повторному использованию воды, а также обмен передовым опытом в разработке и реализации новых проектов в указанных направлениях.

По завершении церемонии подписания документа глава постоянного представительства Азиатского банка развития в Туркменистане в своём выступлении подчеркнул особую роль Президента Сердара Бердымухамедова, а также Героя-Аркадага в продвижении инвестиционных проектов, реализуемых в рамках сотрудничества АБР с нашей страной. Было озвучено предложение организовать торжественное мероприятие по случаю 25-летия сотрудничества с Туркменистаном, которое ознаменует многолетнюю успешную совместную деятельность.

Герой-Аркадаг одобрил прозвучавшее предложение, выразив уверенность, что подписанный сегодня документ будет способствовать достижению поставленных целей и, пожелав всем успехов в работе, отбыл с места события.

Сегодня в ходе рабочего визита в Республику Татарстан РФ Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов провёл телефонный разговор с Президентом Российской Федерации Владимиром Путиным.

Герой-Аркадаг и глава дружественной страны тепло приветствовали друг друга и высоко оценили нынешнее состояние стабильно развивающегося сотрудничества между двумя странами.

Президент Владимир Путин, отмечая важное значение XVI Международного экономического форума «Россия – Исламский мир: KazanForum 2025», выразил искреннюю признательность Нацио­нальному Лидеру туркменского народа за участие в этой встрече высокого уровня и, пользуясь случаем, передал тёплые приветствия и наилучшие пожелания Президенту Сердару Бердымухамедову.

Герой-Аркадаг, поздравив Президента Владимира Путина с 80-летием Победы в Великой Оте­чественной войне, выразил благодарность за приглашение принять участие в форуме в Казани и передал наилучшие пожелания от Президента Туркменистана.

В ходе разговора собеседники с удовлетворением отметили, что отношения между Туркменистаном и Российской Федерацией, основанные на принципах дружбы, доверия и взаимопонимания, динамично развиваются в различных областях, и подчеркнули важность продолжения активного межгосударственного диалога.

Как подчёркивалось, двусторонние политико-дипломатические отношения также активно развиваются. Наши страны эффективно сотрудничают в рамках региональных и международных организаций.

В этой связи стороны выразили уверенность, что туркмено-российские отношения будут последовательно развиваться и укрепляться на благо народов обеих стран.

В завершение беседы Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов и Президент Российской Федерации Владимир Путин пожелали друг другу крепкого здоровья, благополучия и успехов в ответственной государственной деятельности, а дружественным народам Туркменистана и Российской Федерации – процветания и прогресса.
