On June 25, 2024, the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, met with the European Union Special Representative for Human Rights                      Olof Skoog.

At the meeting, the guest was introduced to the priorities of the domestic and peace-loving foreign policy of Turkmenistan, as well as the composition and main functions of the national Parliament. In particular, it was noted that the development of long-term cooperation with international organizations and the European Union is one of the important areas of foreign policy, and that cooperation with the EU is expanding in new directions every year.

During the meeting, an exchanging of views took place on the current state of parliamentary cooperation, which is an integral part of relations between Turkmenistan and the European Union, and the possibilities for its expansion. Particular attention was paid to the country's active participation in regional EU projects, training conferences held within its framework, and annual negotiations on human rights.

The Turkmen side noted that the activities of the joint commission «Turkmenistan-European Union» and the Parliamentary Dialogue «Turkmenistan-European Union» contribute to the development of bilateral relations in areas of mutual interest. Also the importance of implementing in our country in the field of protecting human rights and freedoms the «National Action Plan to Ensure Human Rights in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025» and the «National Action Plan to Ensure Children's Rights in Turkmenistan for 2023-2028» was noted.

The parties noted the importance of the work being carried out on the legislative implementation of the agreements reached recently between Turkmenistan and the EU, and the interlocutors emphasized the need to exchange experience in the field of legislation. In this regard, they emphasized the importance of regularly holding meetings of parliamentary representatives and training conferences that contribute to the creation of a modern basis for the further expansion of multidisciplinary relations between our country and the EU states.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahallyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and the khyakims of the velayats to consider the progress of seasonal field work in the country.

The first word was given to the khyakim of Ahal velayat R.Hojagulyev, who reported on the pace of agricultural campaigns in the region.

As noted, the grain harvest season is currently in full swing in the velayat. Measures are being taken to organize the harvest, uninterrupted transportation of harvested wheat to collection points and its proper storage, and timely payment to grain growers for the harvest.

Maintenance work is carried out on the cotton fields of the velayat, in particular, thinning, weeding, and feeding with mineral fertilizers and vegetation watering.

At the same time, the harvest of potatoes and vegetable and melon crops is being gathered without loss.

The khyakim also reported on the state of affairs at the construction sites of social and industrial facilities within the framework of the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022–2028” and the National Rural Program, the commissioning of which is planned for this year.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of the currently ongoing seasonal agricultural work and, in this regard, assigned the khyakim to ensure the grain harvest in the shortest possible time and without loss, and proper care of the cotton plant.

The head of state also noted the need to successfully implement the tasks provided by the country’s socio-economic development programs, instructing the khyakim to keep under control the work carried out in the velayat in this direction.

Then the khyakim of Balkan velayat H.Ashyrmyradov reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

As noted, the region continues to harvest the grown wheat crop without loss, and steps are being taken for the coordinated work of all structures involved in the harvest, as well as for timely payment to grain growers for the delivered grain.

Fields sown with cotton are maintained and irrigated in accordance with agricultural standards.

In accordance with the tasks set by the head of state to increase the volume of potatoes and other vegetable and melon crops produced in the country, as well as to further strengthen food abundance, the harvest of these crops is currently continuing in the agricultural areas of the velayat.

In addition, the khyakim reported on the progress of construction of social and industrial facilities in accordance with the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022–2028”, the opening of which is planned in the velayat for the current year.

Summarizing the report, the head of state emphasized the importance of harvesting wheat grown with the diligence of farmers in a short time and without losses, caring for cotton in compliance with agricultural technology standards, giving specific instructions to the khyakim.

The President of the country also ordered to keep under constant control the implementation of construction work at a high quality level and on time at various facilities planned for commissioning this year as part of the country’s socio-economic development programs.

Next, the working meeting via the digital system continued with a report from the khyakim of Dashoguz velayat S.Soltanmyradov on the pace of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

As noted, the region is currently continuing to organize the harvesting of the grown wheat crop without loss and its uninterrupted transportation to receiving points. Payments to grain growers for the delivered harvest are made in a timely manner.

In the fields of the velayat sown with cotton, inter-row cultivation, weeding, thinning, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and vegetation irrigation continue in accordance with agricultural technology standards. Agricultural machinery and units are fully involved in these works.

Guided by the tasks set to provide the population with sufficient quantities of potatoes and vegetable and melon crops produced in the country, the velayat is collecting the grown crops of these crops and delivering them to the population.

At the same time, the rice fields continue to be maintained and fertilized with mineral fertilizers in accordance with agricultural standards.

The khyakim also reported on the state of affairs in the construction of social and industrial facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, the opening and commissioning of which is planned in the velayat this year.

After listening to the report, the President of the country emphasized the importance of organized mowing, ensuring the coordinated work of all structures involved in this important season, as well as proper implementation of agro-technical requirements in areas sown with cotton and rice. In this context, a number of specific instructions were addressed to the khyakim.

The head of state also ordered to keep under constant control the implementation of construction work at various facilities within the framework of the country’s socio-economic development programs scheduled for opening this year with high quality and on time.

Then the khyakim of Lebap velayat Sh.Amangeldiev reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns.

As noted, the region is taking the necessary measures to harvest the grown wheat crop as quickly and without loss. Combine harvesters, trucks used for transporting grain, and receiving points are uninterruptedly used. Plowing is underway in the areas freed up after the mowing. Payments to farmers for collected grain are made in a timely manner.

In areas sown with cotton, inter-row cultivation, weeding, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and vegetation irrigation continue in accordance with agricultural technology standards.

At the same time, work is underway to collect the grown crops of other crops and provide markets with these products in the proper volume.

Also, rice sowing continues in the velayat, and crops are being cared for in accordance with agricultural standards.

As reported, these days the region is taking measures to collect the grown wheat crop without loss and in the shortest possible time, as well as its uninterrupted transportation to collection points. Timely payments are made to producers for the delivered grain.

In the fields of the velayat sown with cotton, inter-row cultivation, weeding, thinning, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and watering are carried out in accordance with agricultural technology standards.

Relevant work is being carried out to collect grown wheat without loss and its uninterrupted transportation to collection points, as well as to timely pay producers for the harvest delivered to the state. Currently, grain growers have delivered over 1 million tons of wheat to the harvest of the Homeland.

In the cotton fields of the country, inter-row cultivation, weeding and thinning, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and vegetation irrigation are carried out.

In the agricultural areas of the velayats, caring for crops of other crops, harvesting the grown crops and providing markets with these products continues in a coordinated manner.

In Dashoguz velayat, rice fields are being cared for, and in Lebap velayat, rice is being sowed at the final stage.

Addressing the participants of the working meeting, the head of state noted that it is important to ensure a high organizational level of the grain harvest, which is in full swing, and to prepare now for planting the harvest of other agricultural crops for the next year, having given a number of instructions in this regard.

Сегодня Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов совершил рабочую поездку по столице и посетил Рухабатский производственный комплекс по выпуску хлебопродуктов Государственного объединения «Türkmengallaönümleri», расположенный в пригороде Ашхабада. Герой-Аркадаг в ходе знакомства с работой зерноперерабатывающего предприятия провёл здесь рабочее совещание с участием соответствующих руководителей.

В настоящее время в нашей Отчизне продолжается зерноуборочная страда. Благодаря самоотверженному труду мужественных земледельцев и постоянной поддержке государства, в нынешнем году в стране выращен богатый урожай зерновых. Это – яркий результат претворяемых в жизнь реформ в агропромышленном комплексе страны, инициированных Национальным Лидером туркменского народа и успешно реализуемой под руководством Аркадаглы Героя Сердара.

Герой-Аркадаг рано утром прибыл в Рухабатский производственный комплекс по выпуску хлебопродуктов. Построенное в соответствии с современными требованиями и оснащённое передовым оборудованием новое предприятие включает элеватор, цеха по производству муки и хлебопродуктов и др.

Как отмечалось, здесь начал функционировать новый цех, в ходе ознакомления с которым Герой-Аркадаг интересовался его оснащением, особенностями установленного здесь современного оборудования от ведущих мировых производителей и внедрением в его работу последних научных разработок.

Специалист предприятия выразил признательность Герою-Аркадагу и Аркадаглы Герою Сердару за оснащение цеха передовым оборудованием и рассказал о графике работы нового цеха.

Здесь происходит переработка семян с помощью специального луча. Также это оборудование различает зерно по цвету и объёму, что даёт возможность отбирать чистые и качественные семена пшеницы. Установленный в цехе новейший фотосепаратор способен очищать 18 тонн зерна в час.

Как отмечалось, специалисты, работающие здесь на современном оборудовании, не имеющем аналогов в регионе, прошли обучение за рубежом. Это, наряду с повышением профессионального уровня кадров, обеспечивает полное соответствие проводимой здесь работы международным стандартам.

Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул, что будет постоянно держать под контролем вопросы дальнейшего комплексного развития сельскохозяйственной отрасли государства, укрепления материально-технической базы всех профильных структур и пожелал специалисту успехов в труде.

Затем Национальный Лидер туркменского народа проследовал в пункт приёма пшеницы. В последние годы урожаи зерна и хлопка в стране неуклонно растут. Решение Президента Туркменистана по увеличению государственных закупочных цен на зерно и хлопок мотивировало аграриев на повышение производительности труда. Таким образом, в этом году в Отчизне выращен богатый урожай пшеницы.

Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул, что зерно, выращенное на плодородной почве, – это богатство нашего народа. Поэтому в числе важных задач – развитие направления зерновых культур в соответствии с требованиями времени и на научной основе, что призвано обеспечить в дальнейшем обильные урожаи.

Здесь директор Научно-исследовательского института зерноводства Д.Бабаев, рассказывая о качестве зерна, поступающего на предприятие, поблагодарил за продуктивный труд земледельцев и выразил признательность Президенту Туркменистана и Герою-Аркадагу за развитие сельскохозяйственной отрасли на научной основе, заверив, что будут приложены все усилия для успешной реализации поставленных задач.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа также ознакомился с работой лаборатории, входящей в структуру предприятия.

Как отметил специалист, функционирующая лаборатория оснащена самым современным оборудованием, а проводимая научная деятельность в полной мере соответствует требованиям времени. Здесь созданы необходимые условия для продуктивного труда и комфортного отдыха.

Отметив важность лаборатории, являющейся одним из основных звеньев производственного комплекса, учёный Аркадаг сказал, что проводимая здесь работа должна соответствовать международным нормам, профессиональный уровень сотрудников должен систематически повышаться, дав конкретные поручения соответствующим руководителям.

На полную мощность функционирует цех Рухабатского зерноперерабатывающего предприятия по упаковке муки. Герой-Аркадаг поинтересовался организацией работы и условиями, созданными для сотрудников. Специалист рассказал, что здесь предоставлены все возможности для эффективного труда и комфортного отдыха сотрудников. Он также проинформировал, что установленное в цехе оборудование обеспечивает бесперебойную работу.

Герой-Аркадаг пожелал всем дальнейших успехов в работе и посетил склад готовой продукции, где условия её хранения соответствуют предъявляемым требованиям.

На территории предприятия была организована выставка зерновой продукции, где также были представлены семенное зерно, мука, изготовленная из нынешнего урожая, хлеб и хлебобулочные изделия. Герой-Аркадаг, отметив, что священная мука олицетворяет чистоту и достаток, пожелал работникам предприятия новых трудовых побед.

Обилие представленной на выставке продукции является ярким свидетельством положительных результатов предпринимаемых усилий по укреплению продовольственного изобилия в стране.

Как известно, в агропромышленном секторе, как и во всех сферах, успешно реализуются широкомасштабные реформы. Это способствует повышению урожайности, развитию отрасли на научной основе, росту экспортного потенциала отрасли.

Затем Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов провёл рабочее совещание с участием соответствующих руководителей.

Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что сегодня наши соотечественники усердно трудятся в рамках реализации «Программы Президента Туркменистана социально-экономического развития страны в 2022–2028 годах» и Программы «Возрождение новой эпохи могущественного государства: Национальная программа социально-экономического развития Туркменистана в 2022–2052 годах».

Как подчеркнул Герой-Аркадаг, наши земледельцы сдали на харман Родины более 1 миллиона тонн зерна, отметив, что это – высокое достижение. Прошло немного времени, как Президент Туркменистана благословил и дал старт жатве зерновых, и этот результат – плод труда дайхан.

Отметив, что в эти дни в стране продолжается хлебоуборочная страда, в этом году выращен богатый урожай зерна и отечественные учёные вносят огромный вклад в достижение таких показателей, Аркадаг подчеркнул, что Президент Туркменистана ставит большие задачи перед сельскими тружениками, и что наши учёные играют важную роль в их решении.

Герой-Аркадаг сообщил, что Президент Туркменистана недавно находился с рабочей поездкой в Балканском велаяте и поблагодарил трудолюбивых земледельцев. Благодаря усилиям Аркадаглы Героя Сердара принимаются конкретные меры для укрепления продовольственного изобилия в стране и повышения благосостояния нашего народа, в том числе за счёт получения богатого урожая пшеницы.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа подчеркнул, что Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов в прошлом году посетил город Аркадаг и отметил, что в рамках второй очереди застройки нового города будут построены здания научно-исследовательских институтов зерноводства, земледелия, хлопководства, и определил местоположение этих объектов.

Деятельность этих научных институтов должна способствовать комплексному развитию сельского хозяйства и организации производства на новом уровне, повышению опыта молодых специалистов, и в конечном итоге новым разработкам. Все работы в сельском хозяйстве должны вестись на научной основе. Это – основной фактор выращивания в стране богатых урожаев сельскохозяйственных культур, продолжил учёный Аркадаг.

Далее Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что очень рад встрече с руководителями научно-исследовательских институтов, относящихся к сельскохозяйственной отрасли, и поинтересовался их научной деятельностью.

Директор Научно-исследовательского института зерноводства Д.Бабаев сообщил, что в настоящее время, благодаря усилиям Президента Туркменистана сельскохозяйственная отрасль страны развивается на научной основе, широко внедряются новейшие достижения научно-технического прогресса, передовые технологии.

Как отмечалось, незабываемым историческим событием для отечественных учёных стал перевод по инициативе Национального Лидера туркменского народа научно-исследовательских институтов в здание Сельскохозяйственного комплекса, построенного в городе Аркадаг. Здесь созданы все условия согласно международным стандартам для творческой деятельности учёных и эффективного проведения научных исследований.

Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул, что необходимо постоянно совершенствовать семенно-селекционную работу, выводить устойчивые к болезням и высокоурожайные сорта пшеницы и хлопка с учётом местных природно-климатических условий, повышать опыт учёных в этой области и их профессиональный уровень.

Директор Научно-исследовательского института земледелия М.Аннанепесов отметил, что реформы в АПК страны направлены на комплексное развитие отрасли, увеличение объёмов производства сельскохозяйственной продукции, и выразил признательность Герою-Аркадагу и Президенту Туркменистана за возможности, созданные государством в этом направлении.

Учёный подчеркнул, что ведётся комплексная работа по обеспечению специалистов научными и производственными пособиями, повышению продуктивности сельскохозяйственных земель, апробации новых видов овощей и бахчевых культур, при этом большое значение отводится международному сотрудничеству в этой области.

Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что развитие сельского хозяйства на научной основе определено в числе приоритетных задач. В этой связи подчёркивалась необходимость проведения работ по совершенствованию способов выращивания весенних и осенних сельскохозяйственных культур, эффективному применению в этом направлении национальных традиций земледелия и передового мирового опыта.

В ходе рабочего совещания выступил директор Научно-исследовательского института хлопководства М.Мередов. Сообщалось, что в настоящее время осуществляется деятельность по всестороннему развитию сельскохозяйственной науки, получению отечественными учёными-селекционерами высокоурожайных, устойчивых к почвенно-климатическим условиям страны и болезням сортов тонко- и средневолокнистого хлопка.

Учёный Аркадаг отметил, что эффективности научно-исследовательской деятельности в области селекции и семеноводства следует придавать большое значение. В данной связи необходимо глубокое изучение передового мирового опыта, современных методов агротехники. Это обеспечит дальнейшее развитие сельскохозяйственной отрасли на научной основе, а также накопление положительного опыта в данной сфере.

Затем с отчётом выступил Р.Базаров, управляющий делами Аппарата Халк Маслахаты Туркменистана, вице-президент Благотворительного фонда по оказанию помощи нуждающимся в опеке детям имени Гурбангулы Бердымухамедова, доложивший, что в настоящее время проводятся встречи с тружениками сельского хозяйства, учёными научно-исследовательских институтов страны, активно изучаются их инициативы и предложения.

Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул важность организации встреч с учёными-аграриями, привлечения к ним студентов и молодых преподавателей профильных высших учебных заведений. Это станет главным условием успешной реализации задач, стоящих перед отраслью.

Как отметил Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, в аграрном секторе ведётся большая работа, главная цель которой – обеспечить продовольственное изобилие в Отчизне. Поэтому следует активно продолжать научную работу. Помимо урожаев пшеницы и хлопка, мы должны получать высокие урожаи других сельскохозяйственных культур, а для этого нужно своевременно обрабатывать поля, сказал учёный Аркадаг.

Отмечалось, что важно давать земле отдых, осуществлять севооборот, всегда держать в центре внимания мелиоративное состояние почвы, бороться с засолением, сеять адаптированные к почвенно-климатическим условиям нашей страны культуры, подпитывать их удобрениями и поливать в необходимом объёме и в нужное время, основываясь на научном опыте. Это – особенно важная задача.

Как далее сказал Герой-Аркадаг, научный подход к работе всегда даёт хорошие результаты. Если она будет выполняться своевременно и в соответствии с агротехническими нормами, всё окупится.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа особо подчеркнул, что важно хранить собранный урожай зерна на элеваторах и складах в соответствии с установленными требованиями, постоянно держать эту работу под строгим контролем, организовать надлежащий приём, сушку зерна и доставку потребителям.

Также Герой-Аркадаг подчеркнул целесообразность проведения международной научно-практической конференции с участием учёных и специалистов, трудящихся в сельскохозяйственной отрасли страны.

Мы не должны терять ни одного зёрнышка пшеницы, которую вырастили наши дайхане и собрали механизаторы. Зерно – это достаток священных дастарханов нашего народа и условие для жизни в изобилии, сказал Герой-Аркадаг, поручив участникам совещания продолжать плодотворную работу в этом направлении, и пожелал успехов в их благородном деле.

Сегодня Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты, Почётный старейшина Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов совершил рабочую поездку в город Аркадаг, где ознакомился с проектами зданий, запланированных к возведению в рамках очередного этапа строительства, чертежами мест их расположения, а также провёл рабочее совещание с соответствующими руководителями.

В настоящее время благодаря усилиям Героя-Аркадага в новом городе повышаются темпы работ по возведению объектов второй очереди. Это является ярким символом начатой Национальным Лидером туркменского народа и успешно реализуемой Аркадаглы Героем Сердаром широкомасштабной градостроительной программы.

Ранним утром Герой-Аркадаг прибыл в «умный» город, расположенный в пред­горьях Копетдага. Заслуженный архитектор Туркменистана Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов ознакомился с развернувшимися здесь строи­тельными работами, осуществляемыми высокими темпами и в соответствии с требованиями времени.

При возведении объектов различного назначения, в том числе производственных комплексов, большое значение придаётся применению передовых технологий и лучших практик.

Затем Председатель Государственного комитета по строительству города Аркадаг при Президенте Туркменистана Д.Оразов доложил о планируемых к строительству различных объектах, в частности, о подготовленном проекте Предприятия художественного ковроделия, об их месторасположении и используемых стройматериалах.

Также были представлены макет общего вида Предприятия художественного ковроделия, особенности его внешнего и внутреннего обустройства.

Как известно, в связи с обращениями и просьбами жителей нового города на государственном уровне было принято решение о строительстве здесь коврового предприятия, которое будет иметь большое значение для продолжения в современную эпоху традиций ковроткачества, увеличения ассортимента ковров и ковровых изделий, сотканных руками туркменских мастериц, а также для повышения занятости населения. Этот объект ковровой отрасли составит единую гармонию с архитектурным обликом нового города, займёт достойное место среди профильных предприятий, выпускающих продукцию мирового уровня.

Герой-Аркадаг, ознакомившись с представленными проектами, внёс некоторые коррективы. Как отмечалось, возведение здесь коврового предприятия имеет важное значение. Ковроткачество – школа воспитания, уходящая в глубь веков. Развитие этого искусства обозначено в числе важных задач современности, поскольку его благородные традиции, прошедшие сквозь тысячелетия, актуальны и в настоящее время.

Подчеркнув, что на Предприятии художественного ковроделия, возводимом в рамках второй очереди застройки нового города, должны быть созданы все условия для творческой деятельности работниц, с учётом особенностей труда ковровщиц им следует предоставлять надлежащие возможности для комфортного отдыха, Герой-Аркадаг дал поручения соответствующим руководителям.

В комплексе, состоящем из нескольких цехов, будут созданы отделы производства ковров большого размера, полотен с изображением природы, картин, портретов, а также подарочных ковровых изделий.

Герой-Аркадаг также отметил, что наряду с вышеперечисленным на современном ковровом предприятии должно быть специальное помещение для хранения ножниц, досок, пил и других материалов, используемых в ковроткачестве.

При этом целесообразно установить интерактивное устройство, включающее информацию об истории туркменских ковров, особенностях их создания и сочетания цветов, отметил Герой-Аркадаг. Тогда все сведения, касающиеся искусства ковроткачества, будут собраны в электронном виде, и каждый заинтересованный человек сможет этим воспользоваться.

Как отмечалось, при изготовлении ковровых полотен должны применяться современные дизайнерские разработки.

Долговечность туркменских ковров и их красота привлекают внимание ценителей. Это свидетельство того, что созданные турк­менскими женщинами на протяжении всей истории ковровые полотна не теряют своего великолепия, сколько бы столетий ни прошло, и признаны во всём мире главным украшением фешенебельных домов, величественных дворцов и праздничных торжеств.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа сказал, что внутри производственного комплекса следует создать специальные цеха и обеспечить все условия для процесса ткачества. Многолетний опыт доказал, что воздействие открытого воздуха важно для ковровых волокон, а солнечный свет – для цветовой гаммы.

Как отметил Герой-Аркадаг, в прежние времена в помещениях при изготовлении ковров выделялось большое количество пыли, подчеркнув, что в настоящее время имеются все возможности для поддержания чистоты воздуха за счёт спецоборудования, и дал поручение обеспечить решение этого вопроса на строящемся ковровом предприятии.

Затем, ознакомившись с проектом планируе­мого к возведению в новом городе парка и с его оформлением, Герой-Аркадаг Гурбангулы Бердымухамедов сделал несколько замечаний и внёс соответствующие коррективы.

«Небесные» кони ассоциируются с фонтанами, отметил Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, предложив разместить здесь статуи легендарных коней, а также надписи, содержащие информацию об их истории и достижениях. Это станет ярким символом всенародной любви к скакунам, слава о которых распространилась по всему миру.

Созданные нашими предками в течение истории ахалтекинские кони, наряду с верными спутниками человека туркменскими алабаями, туркменскими коврами, вобравшими в себя «красоту небесную», верблюдами породы арвана, обладающими своеобразным нравом, являются национальным достоянием нашего народа.

Верблюды арвана, которые использовались в качестве основного транспортного средства на караванных маршрутах, пролегающих через древний край ахалтекинских коней, и сегодня занимают особое место в жизни туркмен, а также среди национальных ценностей, подчеркнул Герой-Аркадаг, поручив ответственно и комплексно подойти к решению задач в этой области.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа также подчеркнул важность международных сертификатов, соответствующих удостоверений и регистрационных документов на товарные знаки, выдаваемых структурам медицинского кластера, представленных здесь среди проектов и чертежей. Это является ярким свидетельством того, что проводимая в стране деятельность осуществляется в соответствии с международными стандартами.

Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что работы, проводимые по всем направлениям, особенно при строительстве города, должны соответствовать высокому уровню качества. Необходимо эффективно применять передовой опыт и инновационные технологии. Особое внимание при строительстве объектов нового города следует уделять вопросам экологии. Великолепные здания, которые здесь будут возведены, должны воплотить в себе современную модель национальных архитектурных традиций.

Затем Герой-Аркадаг провёл здесь рабочее совещание с участием Председателя Государственного комитета по строительству города Аркадаг при Президенте Туркменистана Д.Оразова и хякима города Аркадаг Г.Маммедовой, в ходе которого были обсуждены вопросы, связанные с очередным этапом застройки нового города и подготовкой мероприятий по случаю знаменательных дат.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа, Председатель Халк Маслахаты отметил, что, как и во всех регионах страны, проводимая в городе Аркадаг деятельность должна соответствовать экологическим требованиям, при подготовке проектов зданий должны учитываться природные особенности этого уголка. В данной связи важно изучать инновационные идеи и разработки студентов профильных вузов, активно использовать их предложения.

При строительстве и обслуживании соо­ружений следует применять высококачественные материалы с учётом их прочности и климатических условий страны, особенностей национального дизайна. Достижения в области архитектуры и декора должны найти отражение во внешнем и внутреннем облике зданий и сооружений, гармонично сочетаться с традициями народного зодчества, сказал Герой-Аркадаг.

Также сообщалось, что Неделя культуры, впервые проводимая в городе Аркадаг, стартовала на высоком организационном уровне, подготовлена обширная культурная программа. 29 июня исполняется год со дня торжественного открытия «умного» города. По этому случаю запланированы торжественные мероприятия. Прозвучала также информация о проводимой работе по заселению жилых домов нового города.

Герой-Аркадаг отметил, что в настоящее время принимаются надлежащие меры для того, чтобы предусмотренные в рамках второй очереди застройки нового города объекты отвечали высоким требованиям сов­ременности. Осуществляется комплексная работа в целях гармоничного социально-экономического развития города Аркадаг. В связи с этим большое значение придаётся обеспечению благополучной жизни населения, созданию необходимых условий для продуктивной работы, комфортного отдыха и укрепления здоровья.

Завершая рабочее совещание, Герой-Аркадаг ознакомился с ходом работ в рамках второй очереди строительства нового города.

Национальный Лидер туркменского народа отметил, что важным требованием является гармоничное сочетание архитектурного облика города Аркадаг с природными особенностями местности, традиций национального зодчества с передовым опытом современности. Это необходимо для повышения привлекательности нового города.

Подчеркнув, что при строительстве зданий различного назначения следует уделять внимание благоустройству прилегающих территорий, качеству работ и декоративным особенностям, Герой-Аркадаг дал ряд поручений соответствующим руководителям.

In the history of mankind, there are many great personalities whose unique views on world problems left a deep mark not only in the era in which they live, and their valuable creative contribution continues to play a significant role in the modern world, having a great similarity with the goals of humanity. One of such outstanding masters of world literature with a multidimensional creative heritage is Magtymguly Fragi, whose poems had a strong influence on the socio-political and literary-spiritual thought of the entire East.

At the 216th meeting of the Executive Council of UNESCO, held in Paris, the collection of manuscripts of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi was included in the International List of «Truth of the World», the 300th Anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi was included in the list of commemorative dates to be celebrated in 2024-2025 together with UNESCO, 2024 year declared by the  International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY «Year of the Great Poet and Thinker of the Turkic World Magtymguly Fragi». Large-scale activities at the state level are implemented in cooperation with major international organizations, including UNESCO, in the field of safe preservation of universal cultural values, accessibility for the peoples of the world, and friendly and fraternal relations on the planet.

Magtymguly lived in the most difficult period in the history of Turkmenistan. This was the era of interstate wars and interethnic conflicts. In this period, like a clear lightning in the dark sky, our great poet was born, and as the main exponent of the thoughts and aspirations of the people, He constantly called the scattered Turkmen tribes to unity and creating a strong state. Fragi was confident that only by unity; the desperate Turkmen tribes would be able to achieve intellectual and moral solidarity. His views on the importance of unity within the framework of the national state, his dreams of a bright future Turkmen became the core mentality of the nation, which determined his desire for freedom and independent development.

The life and creative path of the poet was difficult, full of endless trials, temptations and sufferings, as a result of which fiery lines of verses were born, in which, as in the purest crystal, found a bright reflection of universal ideas, ideals and thoughts, which excited all nations at all times. At the same time, none of the poets before him could talk so fully and freely about his time, express all human feelings and moods, and praise land love. For the first time in his poetry, the life of the Turkmen people, his dreams and hopes, sorrows and dreams were reflected with such force, fullness and sympathy.

Magtymguly was deeply concerned about the difficult fate of his people, constantly looking for a way out of a difficult life situation. He was convinced that the illiteracy of the people is also the main cause of the complications of life and society, and he called to solve this problem by educating people. He was the first Turkmen poet who inspired people to actively fight against illiteracy. As a poet-thinker, a highly educated person of his time, relying on the most advanced ways of thinking, Magtymguly was able to combine his ideas about a just world and a safe, free society.

These humanistic ideals of Magtymguly Fragi, which formed the basis of his poems in the distant 18th century, have a clear similarity with the four peace goals of the United Nations, such as: Maintaining peace in the world; Development of friendly relations between nations; Improving the life of poor people, eradicating illiteracy and promoting respect for rights and freedoms. Similar philosophical views of the poet remain relevant today in the cooperation of Turkmenistan with the UN and UNESCO to ensure global security in the modern world. They express deep thoughts, addressed to the future and meeting the spiritual needs not only of the Turkmen people, but also of all mankind.

It is noteworthy that the deep thoughts of the Turkmen poet's verses, aimed at the future, correspond to such important spiritual needs of mankind as honesty, generosity, and humanity. In most of his poems, Magtymguly warned people against such life vices as greed and anger: «Be friendly to the homeless orphan, accept him, warm him, and feed him. » he called.

The above mentions are confirmed by the fact that Magtymguly’s genius undoubtedly transcends national borders, and his poetic heritage is a world heritage. For this reason, Magtymguly's high human ideals are well appreciated by the world community, which unanimously voted to improve his image in the international sphere.

A special conference entitled «Historical and cultural values ​​that unite nations» was held by organizing by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan dedicated to the famous 300th Anniversary of Fragi and its cultural heritage of the great thinker and poet of the East, the founder of Turkmen classical literature Magtymguly Fragi, was announced by an international organization of Turkic culture, TURKSOY as the «Year of the Great Poet and Thinker of the Turkic World Magtymguly Fragi», on June 22 of the «Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi» year.

Along with this, it was held a meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to consider the prospects for the development of mutually beneficial interparliamentary relations in lawmaking, as well as organizational issues of holding the next Interparliamentary Forum of the countries of Central Asia and the Russian Federation. During the meeting with the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, opportunities for increasing cooperation between the parliaments of the two states were discussed.

It was reported that representatives of the Mejlis took part in forums on the implementation of international conventions on the rights of women and youth and global issues of macroeconomic strategy, organized by the United Nations Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia, the Population Fund and the Asian Development Bank together with the relevant government agencies of our country.

People’s deputies also participate in events to explain the public the goals and objectives of domestic and foreign policy, current laws, national programs for the socio-economic development of the Homeland, and the socio-political significance of the year “The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi.”

Summarizing the information presented, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the importance of preparing draft new legal acts that meet the requirements of the time. These laws should reflect the development goals of our country, the head of Turkmenistan said, noting the need to carry out effective work in this direction.

Next, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H.Geldimyradov reported on the practical steps being taken to improve the statistics system in accordance with modern requirements, the use of new methods of data collection and processing, and the introduction of digital technologies.

In this regard, it was reported that, according to the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028”, it is envisaged to introduce a methodology for receiving electronic statistical reports of government agencies, as well as an electronic method of collecting information, in particular, through the Internet. Along with this, it is planned to develop cooperation and exchange experience with relevant international organizations and legal entities of foreign countries.

As was reported, within the framework of the implementation of the project documents “Strengthening the institutional and statistical capacity for national calculations” and “Strengthening the institutional, statistical and information technology capacity of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Statistics”, the State Committee on Statistics, together with the UNDP has developed a special software project, offered to be put in force on a pilot basis from July 1 of the current year, and to be fully operational from October 1.

After listening to the report, the head of Turkmenistan emphasized that the modernization of the statistics system should be continued in accordance with the realities of the time. At the same time, it was noted the need to use modern methods, along with the introduction of digital technologies.

Having approved the proposal presented by the Deputy Prime Minister to introduce specialized software aimed at expanding the range of services and improving statistical reporting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to begin relevant work in this direction.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Amanov reported on the measures taken by the Türkmengaz State Concern for the effective functioning of gas pipelines.

As reported, practical steps are being implemented in order to successfully solve the problems outlined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028” and the “National Program of the President of Turkmenistan for transforming the social and living conditions of the population of villages, rural settlements, etrap towns and etrap centers for the period until 2028”. In connection with this the Türkmengazakdyryş Union and the Türkmengaz State Concern, major repairs are being carried out on a number of gas pipelines.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan attaches special importance to ensuring uninterrupted supply of natural gas to the population, industrial enterprises, and social facilities. It is necessary to constantly maintain the working condition of gas pipelines, which will increase the reliability of supplies of “blue fuel” to internal and external consumers, the head of Turkmenistan emphasized, addressing a number of specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahallyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, reported on the progress of seasonal work in the country’s fields.

In particular, the wheat harvest continues in the velayats these days. At the same time, the technical arsenal is effectively used, the collected white wheat “ak bugday” is transported in an organized manner to receiving points and elevators, and timely payments are made to grain growers for the grain delivered to the state. Along with this, the preparation of land intended for planting next year’s wheat harvest is underway.

In accordance with agricultural technology standards, cotton is cared for, including inter-row cultivation, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and watering. In addition, work is being done to grow potatoes and vegetable and melon crops and provide the population with these products.

As part of seasonal agricultural campaigns, measures to care for rice fields are being implemented in Dashoguz velayat, and sowing of this crop continues in Lebap velayat. In Mary velayat, plowing and leveling work is being carried out on land plots allocated for winter sugar beets, as well as its sowing.

It was reported that practical steps are being taken to preserve and enrich the flora and fauna of the country, in particular, in state natural reserves everything necessary is being done to increase the population of plants and animals, especially those listed in the Red Book of Turkmenistan, as well as to take into account their habitats and monitor them and scientific study.

Noting the importance of further comprehensive development of the country’s agricultural sector, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to keep under strict control the organized harvest and delivery of the harvest to the warehouse of the Homeland. In this context, the emphasis was placed on the need for uninterrupted and full use of special equipment.

The focus of constant attention should be on compliance with agro-technical standards when caring for fields sown with cotton, the head of Turkmenistan continued, instructing the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out work on growing a rich harvest of other seasonal crops in accordance with the requirements.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Annamammedov reported on the comprehensive steps taken by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production in order to fulfill the instructions previously given by the President of Turkmenistan to establish the production of import-substituting products.

In connection with the increase in the number of residential buildings and modern facilities for various purposes being built in the country, taking into account the growing need for elevators, the feasibility of organizing their production and creating a special enterprise for the repair and maintenance of existing similar equipment was noted.

As a result of the work carried out by the Ministry, proposals have been received to create a joint venture and the relevant technical characteristics are currently being analyzed. In this regard, a proposal on this issue was submitted to the head of state for consideration.

After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov drew attention to the need to continue to take effective measures to create enterprises, including joint ones, specializing in the production of various types of products. In this context, the importance of establishing the production of elevators and organizing special production for repair and maintenance was noted.

Having approved the presented proposal, the head of state instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out appropriate work in this direction.

Next, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Atdaev reported on the ongoing preparations on behalf of the President of the country for the business forum “Turkmenistan – United Arab Emirates”, scheduled for June 25 of this year in Ashgabat.

It was reported that companies specializing in the fields of energy, digital technologies, trade, agriculture, food industry, construction and tourism will take part in the business event. The forum will discuss issues of developing interstate cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, industrial sectors, as well as in the field of renewable energy sources.

Along with this, it is planned to organize meetings between entrepreneurs of the two countries with the aim of exchanging experiences and intensifying productive relations.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction that the trade and economic interaction of our state with foreign countries is constantly developing and exhibitions and business forums held in this direction contribute to the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation. In this context, instructions were given to ensure a high organizational level of the Turkmenistan – United Arab Emirates business forum.

Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Mammedova reported on the ongoing work on the construction of a new building for the Children’s Art School in Ashgabat.

As noted, this facility is envisaged for construction within the framework of the task defined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028.” Taking into account the increasing number of housing estates and the wishes of the capital’s population it is proposed to build a new building for the Children’s Art School.

In this regard, a corresponding proposal was submitted to the head of state for consideration.

After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that our country ensures a prosperous and happy life for children on a programmatic basis. At the same time, all conditions are created to introduce children to various types of art and artistic creativity. Having approved the proposal presented by the Deputy Prime Minister for the construction of a new building for the Children’s Art School, the head of state ordered the corresponding work to be carried out.

Next, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers N.Amannepesov reported on the comprehensive measures being implemented for the proper organization and conduct of state accounting of scientific programs, plans and reports on scientific activities.

Having reported that in order to regulate relations in this area, modernize the country’s scientific and technical information system, form a reliable database of scientific research works, prepare and implement scientific and technical specialized programs, the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan has developed a draft corresponding document, the Deputy Prime Minister presented it at review by the head of state.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the growing role of science in the development of the national economy and society. Having signed the Resolution “On approval of the Procedure for organizing and conducting state accounting of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports on scientific activities,” the head of Turkmenistan sent the document to the Deputy Prime Minister for the digital system, addressing the relevant instructions.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov reported on the steps taken to develop further cooperation of Turkmenistan with the UN Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) and the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).

In this regard, it was noted that one of the priority directions of the foreign policy of the Homeland is the strengthening and expansion of partnership with the United Nations and its regional structures.

With the above-mentioned Commissions, our country is implementing priority tasks for interaction in such important areas as the economy, transport, energy, environmental protection, and ensuring sustainable development. Based on national interests, proposals prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were presented to increase this cooperation.

As is known, since 1998 the UN Special Program for the Economies of Central Asian Countries – SPECA – has been operating. Over the past period, Turkmenistan has repeatedly chaired this Program and successfully held its meetings and economic forums. Our state was also among the first to come up with specific proposals to improve the activities of SPECA. In view of the end of the Chairmanship of the Republic of Tajikistan at the end of 2024 in this Program, proposals were voiced for the Chairmanship of Turkmenistan in SPECA in 2025, the preparation of a corresponding Concept and Action Plan.

It was also noted that within the framework of the UNECE, our country is interacting in the field of sustainable energy. In order to implement the initiatives of the President of Turkmenistan in this area, it is proposed to introduce representatives of the Türkmengaz State Concern and the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan as members of the UNECE Group of Experts on Gas, Renewable Energy Sources, Clean Electric Power Systems.

In May 2023, at the 79th session of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, on the initiative of our country, the Resolution “Consideration of the conditions for the creation of a Special United Nations Program for the Aral Sea Basin” was adopted unanimously. To solve the problems outlined in it, proposals were voiced to organize a special meeting this summer with the participation of experts from relevant ministries and sectoral departments of Turkmenistan, international organizations and ESCAP member states, as well as in the fourth quarter of 2024, hold a seminar in Ashgabat on the prevention of natural disasters in the Aral basin.

As you know, in 2022 our country joined the Framework Agreement on Facilitation of Cross-Border Electronic Commerce in the Asia-Pacific Region. In order to implement this Agreement, it is planned to create a Working Group, to which it seems appropriate to propose representatives of the Ministry of Adalat and the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan as members.

After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposals presented, emphasizing that Turkmenistan cooperates closely and fruitfully with the United Nations. Noting the importance of further developing partnerships with the UN Economic Commission for Europe and the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, the head of state gave the Deputy Prime Minister and the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs relevant instructions.

Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M. Chakyev reported on the executed work to train international-level specialists for civil aviation.

As reported, state policy in the educational sphere is aimed at educating a generation of highly professional personnel capable of realizing the grandiose plans of the modern era, as well as introducing innovative technologies and best world practices into the educational process. In this regard, a corresponding proposal was submitted to the head of state for consideration.

After listening to the report, the President of Turkmenistan stated with satisfaction that our country is successfully training international-class personnel for civil aviation. In this context, an important task is to organize control and verification work on the relevant aircraft by local specialists, the head of state emphasized, instructing the head of the Agency to carry out relevant activities in this direction in accordance with international requirements.

Concluding the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished everyone good health, family well-being and great success in work for the prosperity of the sovereign Homeland.

On June 20, 2024, the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, met with the Chairman of the Upper Chamber of the Parliament of Zimbabwe, Ms. Mabel Chinomona, with the participation of representatives of the Parliaments of two countries.

The Chairperson of the Mejlis Turkmenistan introduced the guest to the priority directions of the domestic and foreign policy of Turkmenistan, as well as the structure of the national Parliament and ongoing activities to exchange experience in the legislative sphere.

During the meeting, the parties were noted with satisfaction that there are wide opportunities for exchanging experience in improving national legislation and parliamentary activities, familiarizing themselves with the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries, and strengthening friendly relations between peoples.

On June 20, 2024 the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan D.Gulmanova accepted credential from the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Turkmenistan Ruslan Stoyanov.

On behalf of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the head of the national Parliament congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to a high diplomatic post, wished him success in his work to strengthen friendly relations between the two countries.

During the conversation, Ambassador was informed about the priorities of the internal and foreign policy of Turkmenistan, which is constantly implementing a strategy based on the principles of positive neutrality, equality, and mutually beneficial cooperation, the composition of the national parliament and the ongoing work on legislative support for reforms being implemented in various sectors. It was emphasized that parliamentary negotiations have become an important part of improving cooperation between the two countries and the work of parliamentary friendship groups created on a bilateral basis increases opportunities for the exchange of experience in improving legislation and parliamentary work.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria assured that he would make every effort to further deepen effective cooperation that fully meets consistent with the interests of both countries.

Сегодня Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов совершил рабочую поездку в западный регион страны, где ознакомился с ходом реализации государственной программы социально-экономического развития велаятов и темпами уборки зерновых.

В эру Возрождения новой эпохи могущественного государства в аграрном секторе Балканского велаята, как и в других регионах Отчизны, претворяются в жизнь масштабные реформы, придающие их развитию мощный импульс. В поле зрения находятся вопросы налаживания эффективной работы сельских тружеников. Дайхане полностью обеспечиваются качественными семенами, минеральными удобрениями, современной сельхозтехникой.

Постоянное внимание главы государства к созданию благоприятных условий для продуктивного труда аграриев способствует увеличению объёмов производства пшеницы и других сельскохозяйственных культур.

Ранним утром вертолёт Президента страны направился из столицы в Кизыларватский этрап Балканского велаята.

Программная деятельность в аграрном секторе, инициированная Героем-Аркадагом и ныне успешно реализуемая под дальновидным руководством главы Туркменистана Сердара Бердымухамедова, вывела эту важную отрасль национальной экономики на качественно новый уровень развития. Инвестиционные средства направляются на техническое оснащение и модернизацию агропромышленного комплекса и связанных с ним сфер – строительство элеваторов, перерабатывающих сельскохозяйственных предприятий, заводов по производству минеральных удобрений, водохозяйственных сооружений.

Эти меры способствуют успешному решению важных задач по обеспечению продовольственного изобилия в стране, открывают большие возможности для дальнейшего развития сельского хозяйства.

Вертолёт главы государства приземлился возле пшеничного поля дайханского объединения «Arkaç» в Кизыларватском этрапе.

Здесь Президента Туркменистана тепло встретили руководители аграрного сектора страны, а также хяким Балканского велаята.

Укрепление продовольственного изобилия, реформы в сельском хозяйстве, организация работы в этой сфере согласно требованиям времени и активное вовлечение в отрасль частных производителей осуществляются на программной основе. Создаются земельные фонды для выращивания сельскохозяйственных культур.

Кроме того, обеспечиваются все условия для того, чтобы производители сельскохозяйственной продукции приобретали технику всемирно известных компаний, современное оборудование для предприятий, широко внедряли передовой опыт и технологии. Большое значение также придаётся созданию благоприятных условий для частных производителей, занимающихся сельским хозяйством, и их финансовой поддержке.

Реформы в аграрном и промышленном секторах являются неотъемлемой составляющей глубоко продуманной стратегии Президента Туркменистана, направленной на всестороннюю поддержку производителей. В результате дайхане усердно трудятся, выращивая богатые урожаи сельскохозяйственной продукции за счёт введения в оборот новых земель и повышения культуры земледелия. Таким образом, обеспечивается продовольственное изобилие и улучшается благосостояние нашего народа, каждой семьи.

Под урожай этого года на сельхозугодьях Балканского велаята были посеяны высокоурожайные сорта пшеницы. Благодаря поддержке Президента Сердара Бердымухамедова в сезон уборки зерновых эффективно используются современные комбайны таких известных компаний, как «John Deere» и «Claas». Эти машины работают круглосуточно, помогая дайханам быстро и без потерь собрать пшеницу.

Главу Туркменистана здесь тепло встретили братья-близнецы Аннагулы и Ашыргулы Аннагулыевы, арендаторы дайханского объединения «Arkaç».

Дайхане отметили, что визит главы государства в Балкан является большой радостью для жителей велаята, и сообщили, что накануне с благословения Президента Туркменистана, почётных старейшин страны здесь началась хлебоуборочная страда. Они попросили Аркадаглы Героя Сердара благословить начало жатвы.

Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов произнёс «Bismilla» и срезал небольшой сноп пшеницы, выращенной трудолюбивыми дайханами.

Затем мощная техника приступила к сбору урожая. Президент Туркменистана понаблюдал за работой зерноуборочных комбайнов на пшеничном поле дайханского объединения «Arkaç».

Огромные площади хлебной нивы свидетельствуют о том, что усердная работа дайхан в этом году принесла хороший урожай. Прекрасные пшеничные поля символизируют изобилие дастархана нашего народа.

Следует отметить, что уровень оснащённости зерноуборочных комбайнов, их производительность соответствуют высоким мировым стандартам, почвенно-климатическим условиям страны, что отражается в высоких показателях. В комбайнах, управляемых с помощью цифровой системы, предусмотрены все условия для продуктивной работы механизаторов. Это наглядный результат непосредственных усилий Президента Сердара Бердымухамедова по укреплению материально-технической базы агропромышленного комплекса, благодаря чему сбор выращенного урожая обеспечивается в короткие сроки и с высоким качеством.

В нашей стране работникам отрасли оказывается всесторонняя поддержка, включая инвестиции в приобретение новой техники и модернизацию всей инфраструктуры сельскохозяйственного производства. Дайханские объединения, арендаторы и другие производители бесперебойно обеспечиваются необходимыми сельхозмашинами и автотранспортом, удобрениями, высококачественными семенами.

Государство предоставляет льготные кредиты на приобретение техники от ведущих мировых компаний. Это положительно сказывается на повышении плодородия полей, получении богатых урожаев и росте производственных мощностей частных предприятий, занятых выпуском продовольственной продукции.

Затем вице-премьер Т.Атахаллыев доложил главе государства о ходе уборки зерна в стране.

Как отмечалось, в настоящее время во всех пяти велаятах жатва пшеницы ведётся ускоренными темпами. При этом особое внимание уделяется эффективной эксплуатации сельскохозяйственной техники.

Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов подчеркнул, что быстрый и без потерь сбор выращенного дайханами зерна является одним из главных условий укрепления продовольственного изобилия в стране, поручив держать под контролем вопросы организованного проведения сезона жатвы, бесперебойного приёма собранного урожая и его хранения, ухода за другими культурами со строгим соблюдением норм агротехники.

Глава государства также ознакомился с развёрнутой здесь выставкой овощной и фруктовой продукции, сортов зерновых культур, хлеба и хлебобулочных изделий, которые изготовлены из пшеницы урожая этого года. Следует отметить, что для нашего народа хлеб всегда являлся священным.

Разнообразие представленной продукции – яркое свидетельство плодородия туркменской земли. В результате реализуемых программных мер в нашей стране выращиваются богатые урожаи пшеницы и других зерновых, овощей и фруктов, растут благосостояние народа, изобилие на дастарханах каждого семейного очага.

Собранная дайханами продукция, особенно зерновые, отличается высоким качеством, питательностью и экологической чистотой. А это значит, что всё выращенное на нашей земле под обильным солнцем по своим показателям соответствует международным стандартам.

Туркменская земля – древний очаг, где зародилась богатая культура земледелия. На протяжении тысячелетий наши предки не жалели сил для выращивания качественной и питательной пшеницы. Для арендаторов богатый урожай – это залог изобильной жизни, проверка профессионального мастерства. С каждым годом пополняются ряды работников отрасли, демонстрирующих любовь к родной земле и умеющих трудиться на ней эффективно.

Всё это является результатом успешного выполнения задач, поставленных Президентом Туркменистана по укреплению продовольственного изобилия в стране, в том числе по обеспечению внутреннего рынка продукцией отечественного производства.

Далее Президент Туркменистана, побеседовав с молодыми арендаторами Аннагулыевыми, поинтересовался условиями их труда, видами культур, выращиваемых на арендованных землях, продуктивностью зерновых полей.

Братья-арендаторы отметили, что благодаря возможностям, созданным Президентом Туркменистана и Героем-Аркадагом, имеются все условия для усердной и эффективной работы молодёжи. Они сказали, что занимаются земледелием с 2020 года. Аннагулы рассчитывает собрать в этом году 256 тонн пшеницы с 64 гектаров земли. Он также засеял 15 гектаров хлопчатником, 5,7 гектара картофелем и 4 гектара овощами. А у Ашыргулы 15 гектаров земли отдано под хлопчатник, 4,3 гектара под картофель и 4 гектара под овощи.

Как отметил Президент страны, в этом году повышены государственные закупочные цены на пшеницу и хлопок, и поэтому доходы дайхан тоже будут расти. В Отчизне большое внимание уделяется развитию сельского хозяйства, предпринимаются необходимые меры для улучшения социально-бытовых условий жизни на селе. Создаются все условия для того, чтобы дайхане получали богатые урожаи и повышали своё благосостояние. Арендаторы обеспечиваются современной техникой, высококачественными семенами и удобрениями.

Подчёркивая постоянную поддержку государством наших земледельцев, которые усердно работают и получают обильные урожаи, Президент Сердар Бердымухамедов высоко оценил их благородный труд, отметив, что народ гордится своими мужественными дайханами, играющими большую роль в укреплении продовольственного изобилия в стране.

Аркадаглы Герой Сердар вручил подарки арендаторам, получающим богатые урожаи.

В свою очередь, выразив искреннюю признательность за подарки и условия, созданные для продуктивного труда дайхан, они пожелали Президенту Туркменистана и Национальному Лидеру туркменского народа Герою-Аркадагу крепкого здоровья, долгих лет жизни и больших успехов в деятельности во благо народа и страны.

Затем глава государства вручил хякиму Балканского велаята ключи от 200 современных автомобилей, предназначенных для жителей велаята.

Выразив сердечную признательность от имени счастливых жителей региона за подаренные современные автомобили, хяким пожелал Президенту Туркменистана и Национальному Лидеру туркменского народа, Председателю Халк Маслахаты Герою-Аркадагу здоровья, долголетия и новых достижений в работе, направленной на процветание Отчизны и туркменистанцев.

Высокие темпы жатвы являются наглядным показателем эффективности мер по обеспечению продовольственного изобилия в стране и полному удовлетворению потребностей населения в продовольственной продукции, а также главным условием успешного выполнения поставленных задач.

Как отметил Президент Туркменистана, сегодня важная задача – провести зерноуборочную кампанию организованно и на должном уровне. Это обеспечит эффективность деятельности, направленной на благополучие страны, следующей по пути гармоничного развития и счастливой жизни нашего народа.

Таким образом, создаются все условия для того, чтобы каждый гражданин нашего независимого государства, в том числе дайханин, имел возможность работать, творить, получать богатые урожаи, выполнять договорные обязательства, честным трудом обеспечивать себе достойную жизнь.
