On October 30, 2023, the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Dunyagozel Gulmanova met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan Gismat Gozalov.

At the meeting noted that the expansion of parliamentary relations established on a bilateral basis will help enrich the content of Turkmen-Azerbaijan relations.
