2009–2014 International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi and graduated with a degree in computer science and software development.
Professional Experience:
2006–2008 Military service.
2015–2020 Chief specialist in banking technologies in the accounting and reporting department of Pendi branch of the «Türkmenistan» State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan.
2020-2025 Chief specialist of the Digital banking technology and automation department of the Pendi branch of the «Turkmenistan» State commercial bank of Turkmenistan.
Since May 2025, Guard of Tagtabazar etrap Court of Mary province.
Deputy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the VII convocation.
Member of the Committee on working with local authorities and self-governance bodies of Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
