1999 – 2003, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, graduated as a mathematician and teacher of mathematics.

2011 – 2012, Chairman of the council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of the former Ruhabat district, Ahal province.
2012 – 2013, Deputy chairman and acting chairman of the Ahal provincial council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization.
2013 – 2018, Head of the department coordinating personnel, councils and institutions of the hyakimlik of Ahal province.
January – March 2018, Executive manager of the hyakimlik of Ahal province.
2018 – present, Chairperson of the Committee for working with local authorities and local self-governance bodies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
